Misty

Misty

DSH - female

*Misty needs a new home or foster carer asap as her current carer is moving interstate mid November. If you can help please contact us asap*

Poor Misty was returned to DCH after her owner died suddenly from a stroke. She was adopted as a kitten originally and has been really missing the only home she has ever known. Misty is quite affectionate and will rub up against you for pats.

She gets along well with other cats, but would much prefer to be on her own so she gets all of your attention. Misty has actually learnt how to 'knock' on our back door when she wants to come inside and will even curl up under the blankets with you when it gets cold.

She enjoys having access to the outdoors but will quickly return when called. Misty is toilet trained and is also very good at using her scratching post.

If you think you can provide a loving home to this lovely girl please contact us!

Misty was adopted on 11 November 2013 after 3 months in foster care

Ben

Ben

DSH - male

Ben is a snuggly beautiful boy, who wants nothing more than to give you affection and cuddles. Ben is a character, he will chase your hand around for a pat, kneed the air when you rub his belly and also will kneed the carpet as he eats his meal.

Ben is probably best suited as an indoor cat as he needs protection from the elements- he has a pink nose that is skin cancer sensitive.

He is the most appreciative cat I've ever met and is so worthy of a genuine loving family looking for a loving lap cat. Ben has a huge personality and would love to meet you.

Ben was adopted on 25 October 2013 after 4 months in foster care

Merlin

Merlin

DSH - male

Merlin is very affectionate, he has a loud purr and is a lap cat but he is also not to fussed to be alone to snooze in a nice cool spot, making him ideal for the working owner. He likes the window open ajar with the breeze on his face but can be uncomfortable going outside... as a result Merlin is suitable for an indoor home only. He would be well suited for quiet apartment life.

Merlin gets nervous around loud, boisterous children, but is very content around gentle, nurturing older kids. He is cat friendly and litter trained. He is so lovely and is looking for someone to keep him safe this summer and many more.

Merlin comes micro-chipped, wormed with de-sexing included as well as his first Vaccination.

Merlin was adopted on 19 October 2013 after 3 months in foster care
