Indi

Indi

Ragdoll - female

Indi is only 2 years old and already this is her 5th place of residence, she was Surrendered to DCH by her owner when he could no longer look after her. Indi is now looking for a home that can care from and love her the rest of her life. The perfect home for Indi is one with no other cats and to be Indoor Only. Indi is still getting used to life with us but she is a friendly girl that has settled in well considering all that has happended to her in her short life. If you can offer Indi a loving Forever Home please contact us to have a chat.

Sebastion

Sebastion

DMH - male

Sebastion's owners packed up and moved house and left him behind to fend for himself. After a couple of weeks living on his own he was caught and bought into the local animal shelter. Sebastion has now been with us for about 2 months and is fitting into life with us quite well. He is currently an indoor / outdoor cat i think he would like to keep it that way in his new home. Sebastion is ok with my 2 dogs and with the other foster cats. He is looking for a home where he lay in the sun and be your gardenning friend.

Sebastion was adopted on 22 February 2013 after 2 months in foster care

Barney

Barney

DMH - male

Barney is 3 months old and is quite the character, although he is getting to be a big boy now he is still such a baby and loves to be around humans all the time. He currently lives with two other foster cats and loves them but craves that human attention. He loves to climb all over us and kneads into us for some comfort. He is so friendly and just a delight. He will only suit the most loving of homes who can give him a wonderful, long and happy life. Barney is litter trained.

Barney was adopted on 14 February 2013 after 2 weeks in foster care

Fifi

Fifi

DMH - female

Fifi was surrendered to the local pound by her owner with 4 other cats after they were no longer able to live in their home. Fifi is very sweet and friendly loves to have a chat and greets me when i come home chatting away to me she is very affectionate , enjoys her pats and cuddles and is often found sleeping in a bed between the sheets I have kept her indoors which she is fine with she watches the dogs playing and birds through the window and is really good with the litter tray I think she would suit any type of home although as her foster carer has no small children we are not sure if she would be happy in a home with small children. If you would like to offer Fifi a home we would love to hear from you.

Fifi was adopted on 14 February 2013 after 4 months in foster care

Molly

Molly

DSH - female

Molly is a female

that was rescued from a council shelter. She loves kisses, cuddles, sleeping on beds and hanging around the humans and watching what they do.

Molly is also a Tuxedo which makes her very special (according to me!) as she is extra intelligent, extra affectionate and absolutely loves all contact: humans or other cats.

She is a good eater and very good with the litter box.

Molly was adopted on 01 February 2013 after 2 days in foster care

Lucy

Lucy

DSH - female

Lucy is a cruiser, she loves to wander around searching for new adventures but she also loves to laze around and loves her tummy rubbed and lots of cuddles. She is a little cry baby and gives the tiniest little meow every time she sees her foster mum and dad. She would suit a family who would be willing to give her lots of love and attention and give her lots of tummy rubs. Lucy is litter trained and ready to go to her new family. Enquires are welcome now.

Lucy was adopted on 28 January 2013 after 2 months in foster care

Summer

Summer

DSH - female

Summer was born in care on 26.9.2012 to a feral cat we trapped. Summer and her brother were the only 2 kittens to survive being born, with their other 3 siblings not making it. She has grown into a gorgeous little girl, full of fun and is very cuddly. She is well socialised with other kittens and cats of all ages as well as 2 large dogs. Summer and her brother Ollie were cared for by their feral mum in our home and when they were weaned, their mum was desexed, ear tagged and released back into her feral (non bush) colony as she was extremely fearful of humans and was unsuitable for re-homing.

Summer was adopted on 20 January 2013 after 1 month in foster care

Nikki

Nikki

DSH - female

Nikki was found at a very young age with her eyes stuck shut with infection. She responded very well to treatment and is still being hand raised.

Nikki has the most amazing spotted coat. She has a very cheeky nature and loves to play with the slightly older kittens she lives with.

Nikki will be available for adoption at the end of December, enquiries welcome now.
