Meet Pumpkin

Sadly pumpkin came into care with a number of health issues, including a gastro bug and cat flu. She has now developed Pnuemonia and the vets have advised that she has some severe immune system problems. This explains why she wasn't responding to treatment as the other cats who came into care at the same time as her have. Sadly this may mean that Pumpkin isn't rehomeable but she is being is being cared for in a loving foster home while her condition is monitored daily.

Pumpkin's additional vet costs have so far come to $780. *Thanks to J.Mitchell, A.Benson, J.Newby, Eleanor, N.Honeyman, S.Buttress and Tarah for their donations towards Pumpkins care*

Update 10/10/12: Great news for Pumpkin, after a final series of blood tests and treatment she has been given the all clear, this means she can be rehomed and should go on to lead a normal, healthy life from here on in.

Pumpkin was adopted on 01 August 2012 after 4 days in foster care
