Meet Kevin

KEVIN is considering a new home, much to the sadness of his current humans. He is a much-loved sook and larrikin who, despite being very affectionate to his humans, is giving his adoptive sister (another rescue cat) a very difficult time. He would therefore only consider homes where he is the solitary adored pet.

KEVIN is the kind of cat who climbs onto you while you’re watching TV and purrs like a little lawn mower. He loves chin rubs, sardines, playing with the red dot on laser pointers, climbing trees or watching the world go by from the balcony. He is an inside cat, but does enjoy an hour or two (daylight hours only) hanging out in our courtyard. It’s important to note that we do not live on a busy road, nor do we have wildlife that Kevin can help himself to.

KEVIN would suit a home with adults or children over the age of 7. Younger children would probably scare him. He is particularly partial to Ladies Of a Certain Age, and we have had ladies-next-door stock their cupboards for this little Casanova.

If you or anyone you know is looking for a Kevin in their life, he comes with solid references and a lot of character. We’d miss him so much, but think he and our other cat will be much happier if living separately and would like to offer them that opportunity. Kevin will come with his food bowl, litter box, cat carrier, his bed and laser pointer, as well as a supply of his current food (wet and dry). We are not just looking for a new home for Kevin, but for the right home for him.
