Domestic Short Hair - female - 1 year and 10 months

Morgan has recently come into DCH care from an Animal Hospital, where she had been treated for a very badly injured leg perhaps due to being run over. To save her life, the vets amputated one of her legs and she also lost a toe on another foot.

The Hospital cared for her wonderfully during her 2 month recovery and also looked for her owner. But, with no microchip and no one coming forward to claim her, she is now looking for a loving furever home.

Morgan is around 18 months’ old, and a beautiful black and white girl. During her short time with us, Morgan has proved to be inquisitive, very friendly and she loves attention. She will be a wonderful and affectionate companion.

It is a privilege to see how our stoic four-legged friends adapt with such apparent ease to a life on three legs. Like many ‘Tripods’, Morgan seldom seems to notice anything different now she has recovered, and gets around with no trouble. With a back leg missing, she will particularly appreciate lots of ear and neck scratches now she can’t reach, and must be an indoor pussy cat.

Morgan’s injury requires no on-going care at all – she just wants a home with her own human(s) to shower her with plenty of love and cuddles in return for her own.

Morgan is microchipped, vaccinated an de-sexed.
If you wish to offer Morgan a loving home, please email her carer to arrange to meet her in her Homebush foster home.

Morgan has been in foster care since 22 September 2019, for 1 month

Domestic Short Hair - female - 4 years and 10 months

‘Pepperoni the smoochy sausage!’

Pepperoni was found by a member of the public at a Pizza restaurant in Castle Hill. Despite lots of attempts to find the owner via multiple methods, Pepperoni now needs a permanent new home.

She meows for attention and likes company. She will make for a great companion.

She is on a good quality diet and will need to remain on the same foods in her new home.

She is estimated to be approx 4 year old.
She has had a vet checkup on the 27/9 and was treated for an ear infection and has completed a followup on 4/10 and the infection has been resolved and she no longer requires any further medication.

She has been given a vaccination which is assumed to be her 1st and will need another vaccination in November.

If you would like to meet Pepperoni, please contact us

Located in Arcadia NSW

Pepperoni has been in foster care since 01 October 2019, for 1 month

DMH - female - 2 years and 9 months

A lovely Tuxedo girl, Juliette born on Valentine’s day in 2017, now finds herself without a home as one of her human children can no longer be around animals. She loved both the boys (7 and 10 years old), sleeping on their beds and sitting beside them while they had their bath! She has only just moved into care, and is hoping to find her new furever home very soon.

Juliette loves keeping her soft coat beautiful with a warm bath in the laundry tub, which as a lovely, fluffy pussy cat is a good thing. She will require regular grooming to keep her coat matt-free. When she was a younger lass, she was fine with the dogs she has come across, however, she is not a lover of toddlers.

Juliette is an indoor cat, but does enjoy some morning time in the backyard, and loves to exercise her claws on her own carpet square. She enjoys short pats, but especially makes a beeline to be at the feet of anyone sleeping or laying on the couch. As a 2.5 year old cat, Juliette doesn’t demand a lot of attention, and is used to keeping herself company throughout the day, so will suit full time workers who enjoy being around cats, without them being ‘in your face’.

If you would like to meet this pretty girl at her foster home in Lithgow, please contact her carer via email.

Juliette is microchipped, desexed and fully up to date with her vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. She is also lifetime registered with council (saving her new owners $53!).

Juliette has been in foster care since 09 October 2019, for 1 month
