Osha

Osha

Domestic Medium Hair - female - 3 months and 2 weeks

Osha

Indoor Only Cat

Available After 15 February 2020

Osha and her sister, Olive, were handed in to Nepean Animal Hospital as strays when they were about 9-10 weeks old. Although quite friendly with people these siblings growled and fought with each other, and other kittens.

However, after only a couple of weeks in foster care with plenty of food and lots of cuddles, both Osha and Olive are trying to make friends with other foster kittens. Although they still growl a bit at each other, this seems to be just a combination of habit and the usual rough sibling play.

Osha has a beautifully plush medium length coat with a pure white chest and neat little white socks. She is a lovely little playful character, and runs and darts around the room, when she is excited. Osha also loves pats and attention, and is now becoming a “lap” cat like her sister, Olive. She also loves hiding in cupboards and "helping" to sweep the floor! She is getting to know our big dogs, and is very brave with them, as long as she doesn't get surprised when they move too fast.

Osha would suit any loving family, as she is quite gentle and has adjusted to Indoor Only life very well. This little girl has become a very cuddly, fluffy bundle of purr!

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing. Osha is also litter-trained.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to come and meet Osha. You and your family are most welcome to organise a time to visit!

You must be over 18yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt these kittens from DCH

Osha has been in foster care since 17 January 2020, for 1 month

Tigger

Tigger

DSH - male - 3 months and 2 weeks

Tigger and his brothers came into care after being found dumped in bushland. They are all very friendly and are enjoying being carried around and played with by the primary age kids at their foster carers place. Tigger will make a great addition to any family after a friendly, cuddly and playful kitten.

Tigger has been in foster care since 19 January 2020, for 1 month

Sooty

Sooty

DSH - male - 3 months and 3 weeks

Sooty and his brothers came into care after being dumped in the bush. Obviously raised by a family he is super affectionate and great with kids (primary age) handling him and cuddling him.

He's playful and a typical active kitten who likes to explore but after a good romp around he likes nothing more than snuggling on a warm lap and sleeping the day away.

Sooty will make the perfect addition to a family after a child friendly, affectionate, sooky feline companion.

Sooty has been in foster care since 19 January 2020, for 1 month

Benny

Benny

DSH - male - 11 months and 2 weeks

Little Benny is such a cute playful boy! He is a long, slender kitty, who is a pocket full of fun.

Little Benny loves to play with his cat-fishing toy, which he will lie next to as a hint hint till you play with him. He loves to sprawl out on the floor and roll and around in adorable poses!

We have a dog (who is very passive) and Little Benny loves to sneak up on him for a sniff and play with his tail.

Little Benny has been indoor his whole life, so may be safer if his new home could offer him the same or potentially a secure backyard away from roads etc.

He is fine being by himself during the daytime, (fully litter trained) and goes for a nap under the bed! As soon as the front door is opened though he will come out to play, and loves his little head being tickled!!

Would suit a single person, couple, or family. Untested as yet with children, it is likely he'd be okay with those older than around 7 years.

Benny is microchipped, desexed, vaccinated and flea treated. So is raring to go to his new home.

If you'd like to learn more about little Benny or visit him in his foster home in North Bondi, please contact his carer, Fay.

Benny has been in foster care since 20 January 2020, for 1 month

Quincy

Quincy

DSH - male - 2 months and 1 weeks

Quincy

Indoor Only Cat

Available March 2020

Quincy and his siblings, Quinn and Quigley were abandoned kittens that have been bottle-fed and cared for since they were 3-4 weeks old.

Quincy is curious and affectionate and, at the moment, loves to walk on the laptop keyboard when in use, just to ensure he has your full attention! This little guy also enjoys exploring cat tunnels and having kitten naps on sunny windowsills.

As Quincy is still very young but quite confident, he will adapt to most families, although he has not been around small children.

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing (at 12 weeks/over1kg). Quincy is also litter-trained and socialised with other kittens, and will soon be introduced to our dogs.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to come and meet Quincy. You and your family are most welcome to organise a time to visit! Although Quincy won't be ready to take home until March as he needs to reach 900grams, I can put him on hold for you if you would like to adopt him.

This little girl is very affectionate and has always been extremely vocal about her need for food, pats or attention!
