Felix

Felix

DMH - male

Felix was abandoned and found at barely two weeks, all alone.

He was unwell with cat flu and was slotted to be put to sleep if no rescue was available to care for him and bottlefeed him to health.

5 weeks on, he’s almost adoption ready- toilet trained, eating solids, running jumping and almost completely recovered from the cat flu.

He’s been raised in a family with rowdy kids and two other cats and gets on well with everyone.

He’s full of beans and loves to run around and play.

He’d benefit from a family where he’ll have lots of company to play with and to help him mature into a cat.

If you think you’d be a good fit with Felix, please get in touch via email with some information about your family including any current or prior pets.

Felix was adopted on 24 March 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Cricket

Cricket

Domestic Short Hair - male

Cricket was found on the street on a hot Sydney day when he was just a teeny little lad. Lost and alone, this little ginger fluff ball meowed his little lungs out until he was found by a member of the public and handed into the local vets.

Taken into foster care, this little baby had to learn how to eat solids all on his own, without his mum and littermates helping him out. After a few weeks in care, Cricket has flourished with lots of love and care under vet supervision.

Cricket is proving to be an affectionate, energetic, and snuggly lad.

He will be available for adoption once he is over 1kg in weight and old enough to leave his foster brothers and sisters, approx early March.
He will be microchipped, and have had his 1st vaccination. His desexing is also covered by her adoption fee.

Currently fostered in Randwick, NSW.

Elmo (Deaf Kitten)

Elmo (Deaf Kitten)

DMH - male

Elmo was found with his 3 snow white siblings and came into DCH care, very undernourished and flea-bitten. However, this litttle guy meowed loudly for attention as soon as he saw people and surprisingly showed no fear at all.

Elmo's meow was very loud and long and he slept so soundly he didn't stir. It soon became apparent there was something a little different about Elmo... he is deaf!

This beautiful blue eyed boy will need a special Indoor Only Home as he needs to be kept safe. Just because Elmo is deaf, it doesn't stop him from being curious and playful and getting into mischief, like any other kitten! Elmo just needs a safe and caring home, and he will reward you with loads of affection.

Elmo has met other cats and kittens and is very sociable! It may also help having another cat/kitten around him that is not deaf, so that they can communicate and the cat with hearing can teach him routines.

Living with a deaf cat needs a little extra time and patience, so you do need to give some thought to this beforehand. Like all cats though, deaf cats are beautiful, and deserve loving and responsible forever homes.

Elmo (Deaf Kitten) was adopted on 23 March 2019 after 3 months in foster care

Toby

Toby

DSH - male

Toby is the most affectionate and friendliest of the litter. He has settled right into his foster home and is a very confident boy that likes to climb onto your lap and receive tummy rubs. He loves his food and cuddles. Toby is looking for a loving home with responsible owners that will keep him safely indoors with lots of stimulation and company to keep him happy.
