Rehomed Cats

These beautiful, well mannered siblings have been no trouble to care for while waiting for their forever home.

Gin and Tonic are a quiet pair that love to snuggle with each other at bed time. They can be a little nervous and shy at times but have adapted well to display their curious nature and often check out their environment. They are familiar with how to use a cat door flap for access to their cat-safe courtyard.

They are happy to hang with other well mannered cats, with Gin being the braver personality to lead Tonic down the social path. Both have the cutest little squeaks which come to play at feeding times and when looking for attention.

Although exposed to other cats and a small dog whilst in Foster care, they are suited to a calm and non excitable environment, especially Tonic who can get nervous at times.

Wombat is a beautiful curious kitty with a very sweet nature. She enjoys lap cuddles and exploring. Wombat is extremely social and will do just about anything for food. Wombat is also social with people, other cats and small dogs.

Now only now just over 1 year old, Daisy was taken into our care at the end of last year pregnant, lost and homeless. On Christmas day she presented her carer with three healthy boy kittens, Shadow, Oscar and Thunder, and was a great mum to her babies.
Now her kittens are healthy and full grown lads looking for their furever homes, it’s definitely time for this affectionate young lady to find a family all to herself where she can love and be loved without any responsibilities.

This lovely brown tabby girl has beautifully silky short hair, and stunning yellow eyes. She is a very affectionate kitty who soaks up attention and loves to be stroked. Daisy also does love a good chat!

She adapted so easily to her foster family that we have no doubt Daisy will be a firm feline friend for life for anyone who gives her a home where she will get lots of attention and cuddles all to herself. To keep her safe, this home will need to be indoor only.

Daisy is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated, so she is raring to go.

Marbles came into care with her two friends, Pebbles and Flash. All 3 cats are kid-friendly and dog-friendly, having lived their indoor-only lives with several young children, and a small dog.

Marbles is Miss Independent with a confident spirit. She can be almost indifferent to strangers. If there is carpet she will lay and roll on it like it’s the best thing on the planet.

Marbles enjoys being patted and given love when in the mood, but is just as happy to do her own thing at home.

Cookie was dumped, along with her littermates and parents, when her family moved out and left them to fend for themselves... She was underweight but otherwise surprisingly healthy and very friendly when she came into our care a few weeks ago. And, it didn’t take her long to figure out how to put on weight!

Now 3 months’ old, Cookie has proved to be a very affectionate and playful kitty with her humans. Although a little timid at first, she is now also starting to play with the three boy kittens in our care, despite their mumma cat not being exactly friendly towards this interloper….

A medium-haired girl, Cookie has beautiful colouring, with a pretty black and white face with the cutest black nose, and long silky hair sprouting from her ears; she also has a lovely black fluffy tail, and - in between the two - a grey neck and body. She will be a stunning addition to any home! However, she will definitely need time to get to know and feel comfortable with her new family, so patience and plenty of strokes and love will be a must; in return you will be well rewarded given her naturally friendly nature. To keep her safe, Cookie must be an indoor-only kitty.

Cookie is microchipped , vaccinated, and flea and worm treated. She will be desexed prior to her adoption.

Meet Primrose! Primrose and her two siblings, Petunia and Patchouli, came into care together and now it's time for them to find new homes.

Primrose is shy at first and will take a little while to get used to her new family but once she's out of her shell! She just loves to loose herself in play. She jumps, flips and pounces until she collapses at which point she loves nothing more than being patted to sleep.

Primrose has a sweet little purr, she also trills and likes to talk back. She would do best with a friend, perhaps you have a dog or an older cat or even a new kitten but she'd also be very happy with a human who spends most of their time at home.

Primrose is microchipped, vaccinated and desexed, so is already to go to her forever home.

Polly

Polly is a beautiful character who has now learned to express affection in a more acceptable way. Polly is full of energy and curiousity around people, other cats and even big dogs! This pretty little girl wants affection and has now, all but stopped flinching away from pats and rarely “play” bites anymore.

After weeks of patiently patting her when calm and ignoring her when she bites, plus the use of a “Thundershirt” when she seemed hyperactive or jumpy, Polly is now calmer and is allowing pats and cuddles. There is more progress she can make, and with the patience and love of a Forever Family, Polly will respond very well.

Polly would also be a wonderful companion for a cat-friendly dog, as she has shown with our Golden Retrievers. She doesn't mind cuddling up with the other kittens now for a snuggle, although it takes her a few grumpy days to adjust to new foster kittens. Because of her energy level, she would best suit a home without small children.

I think Polly might be best as an "Only Cat" as she is very full-on and may intimidate some cats.

UPDATE 28/03/20Miss Polly has now become the front door “greeter” to family, friends and potential adopters! She has such confidence with people now and is curiously checking every new visitor out! She might not be a lap-cat but she makes up for that with her outgoing personality and antics. Polly was called “Cat-Dog” today as she proudly carried a (clean) plastic straw into the room, showing off in front of adopters for another kitten!

Polly is a work-in-progress but she is very much worth the effort! I am currently using a "Thundershirt" on Polly when she seems anxious or hyperactive which seems to be working well, and I anticipate giving this to her adopter.

Hullo, my name is Harriet (called Harry for short, as my foster mum didn't realise I was a female feline until recently LOL).

I'm a little bit magic, like Harry Potter and we share a similar "scar". I'm currently in care, growing big and strong with my sisters, Maggie and Miss Maple (see their profiles). I just love exploring and climbing, even on the dogs at my foster home.

I'm the first to make it to the bowls for mealtimes but it's only because I need all the energy to grow and learn, this world is a big place! I also enjoy play, mainly tickling games and chasing ping pong balls. I'm confident and purr often and loudly.

I will need to find a family with respectful older children as I don't like to be picked up all the time. I'm getting used to it though as my foster mum keeps cuddling me. I'd do well in a family that doesn't leave me alone for too long. If you are at work most of the day perhaps you could adopt one of my sisters too?

I'd love to meet you if you think that I'd fit into your home! 🐱

Please meet little Miss Maple. She came into care with a painful glaucoma and has had a bit of a rough start to life. Once her eye had been removed she learnt how to purr, make biscuits and play with her siblings as she healed.

Maple is very affectionate and has the softest, fluffiest fur. She enjoys playing, especially chasing a teaser. Having only one eye hasn't held her back at all. Miss Maple plays hard and then she sleeps hard. She likes to fall asleep in a warm lap and enjoys handfed treats. She gets along with all foster kittens, adult cats, dogs and rabbit. Maple would make a wonderful addition to most families.

Since she has been in care with her two sisters (Maggie and Harriet) and three other foster kittens, as well as the resident dogs at her foster home, Miss Maple would do well in a family that has some feline or canine friends to play with and doze on. If you don’t already have a pet of your own, it would be ideal if one of her sisters were adopted with her.

Miss Maple is microchipped and vaccinated; she will be desexed next week, and available for adoption when she recovers, probably around 28 April.

We are taking enquiries for Miss Maple now, with a view to arranging any meet and greets when appropriate. She may be put on hold in the meantime in the event if a love match.

Her operation has been an expensive one and the cost of Miss Maple's treatment requires additional sponsorship. Her Glaucoma surgery involved removing her massive eye and the vet bill is expected to be a few hundred dollars. Will update with a figure once we have received the invoice. The operation has been a success and she is much happier and purring without the eye

Pixie is a sassy, confident little sweetheart. You will have hours of entertainment by watching her zoom around the house making her excited little ‘bbbbrrrrpp’ noises. She will explore anything and nothing ever seems to be too scary for her.

Her new home must be an indoor home that understand she is a kitten that loves to run and jump around for hours. It is preferred that she goes to a home where her humans are home the majority of the time or another cat or dog at home to keep her company

She is fed Royal canin kitten biscuits and enjoys any wet food that is fish based morning and night.

She is fully litter trained.
She is microchipped and desexed, and up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
