Missy

Missy

Domestic Medium Hair - female

Missy is being fostered with her 4 siblings in the Penrith area. She is sweet, affectionate and loves to play.

Missy will be big enough for rehoming end of October/beginning of November. Please ring or text her foster carer if you would like to meet her. Her adoption fee includes microchipping, desexing and her 1st kitten vaccination. She is litter-trained and up to date with her flea and worm treatment.

Missy was adopted on 18 October 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Oreo

Oreo

Domestic - female

Oreo is a chubby girl with sweet personality.

She loves chasing around with her siblings and her favourite toy is a teaser. She is a little bit shy with people at first, but will definitely come out of her shell when she is comfortable.

She will love another friend in her new home, however as long as there is a teaser to play with, she won’t mind at all.

As she has very strong attachment with her siblings, it will be ideal if she could go to a forever loving home with one of her siblings.

Preferably to be an indoor cat.

Located in Hurstville

Adoption fee includes Microchipping, Vaccination, Worming and Desexing.

Oreo was adopted on 12 October 2019 after 6 months in foster care

Kye (now Ninja)

Kye (now Ninja)

DSH - male

Kye and his brother Kovu were rescued from Campbelltown Pound after they were handed in at about 4 weeks old.

Even from such a young age, they have shown confidence and affection towards every person and animal they meet!

Kye purrs as soon as he is near people and talks to everyone! This playful little boy seems happiest when he is around people and is very curious about whatever is going on.

Kye would be great with any family and cat friendly animal, as he seems to enjoy company. He is already making friends with our big Golden Retrievers.

As he does not seem to have any fear or flight reflexes, Kye would be best kept Indoors Only, so he does not get hurt.

If you would like to meet this tiny tabby, please contact me to arrange a day.

Kye (now Ninja) was adopted on 11 October 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Kovu (now Simon)

Kovu (now Simon)

DSH - male

Kovu and his sister Kiara were rescued from Campbelltown Pound after they were handed in at about 4 weeks old.

Even from such a young age, they have shown confidence and affection towards every person and animal they meet!

Kovu has a smaller miaow than his sister but is just as demanding when he wants a cuddle or food, and is always running around my feet when he sees me. He purrs instantly when he is picked up!

Kovu is a beautiful dark tabby with big eyes and loads of love to give. He would fit in with any family, and with any cat friendly animal. Kovu is very people orientated, and will thrive in a loving Forever Home.

As he does not seem to have any fear or flight reflexes, Kovu would be best kept Indoors Only, so he does not get hurt.

If you would like to meet this gorgeous little guy, please contact me to arrange a day.

Kovu (now Simon) was adopted on 11 October 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Penny

Penny

Domestic Short Hair - female

Penny is a very special lady. She came into our care around a year ago when found abandoned in a cage together with her tiny babies. A great mum to her own kittens, Ivy and Rosebud, she took up the challenge her carer offered – to feed and nurture 7 other stray kittens at the same time!

After this heroic effort, and with all 9 kittens fully grown, it's definitely time for this lovely kitty to be rewarded with being thoroughly spoilt by her own furever family.

Penny is a pretty grey tortoiseshell, and still playful and inquisitive. She has proven to be a sweet and affectionate feline companion who loves spending time with her human family. Of course, she has had plenty of experience living with kittens, and another cat, but has also very happily lived alongside a dog in her foster home.

As a young adult, Penny doesn’t require constant attention – just to be loved - so is likely to fit in with most family circumstances. She has been an indoor-only cat since she has been in our care and would prefer to stay so given her previous experience of the outdoors.

Penny is microchipped, vaccinated and de-sexed. If you would like to visit Penny in her foster home located near Windsor, please contact her carer, Debbie, on 0405 144 415.

Penny was adopted on 07 October 2019 after 1.1 years in foster care

Jaz (now Coco)

Jaz (now Coco)

DMH - female

Jaz and her two siblings, Jasper and Juno were born in a street drain in Schofields, both their parents are street cats (mumcat is to be caught and desexed).

A lovely couple provided food and a warm bed outside for mumcat and kittens but could not catch the young family, so called DCH for assistance. Armed with torch and gloves, these kittens were a tricky threesome to catch, as they fought, scratched and bit.

However after 4 weeks in foster care, the change in these kittens is amazing and they are now looking for a Forever Home. They have been microchipped, wormed and have had their first vaccination.

Jaz is the most timid of the litter and is still easily scared, especially if hands approach her face too quickly. However she has made so much progress, from hissing and spitting at me when I approached, to now, being gently picked up and patted. She would need a Forever Family who are willing to continue working with her, and patiently gain her trust.

Jaz is still only a young kitten and I have absolutely no doubt she will continue to become more affectionate and trusting, with a caring, patient family.

Jaz will need regular brushing (which she is beginning to enjoy), and she should also be an Inside Only cat now, as she will probably roam if allowed out. So far, she does not like dogs or small children.

Please contact me if you would like to meet Jaz.

Please Note: Jaz is looking for a Forever Home, so you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Jaz (now Coco) was adopted on 06 October 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Juno

Juno

DMH - female

Juno and her two siblings, Jasper and Jaz were born in a street drain in Schofields, both their parents are street cats (mumcat is to be caught and desexed).

A lovely couple provided food and a warm bed outside for mumcat and kittens but could not catch the young family, so called DCH for assistance. Armed with torch and gloves, these kittens were a tricky threesome to catch, as they fought, scratched and bit.

However after 4 weeks in foster care, the change in these kittens is amazing and they will be looking for a Forever Home very soon, now they are tame enough to be microchipped and vaccinated.

Juno is very affectionate and will now meow to get your attention. She is also becoming a big fan of cuddles and being picked up, although she may still hiss if startled.

Juno is the more adventurous of the litter, and would probably adapt to most people and families, if introduced gradually so she felt safe. Juno’s new family will need to be patient and give her time to learn she can trust them but they will be rewarded with lots of love and purrs!

Juno will need regular (probably daily), brushing which she enjoys, and she should also be an Inside Only cat now, as she will roam/run if allowed out. So far, she is curious but not confident with dogs!

Please contact me if you would like to meet Juno.

Juno was adopted on 04 October 2019 after 1 month in foster care

Maple

Maple

Domestic Medium Haired - female

Pancake, Maple (Syrup) and Juice are fun breakfast names given to a trio of orphan kittens who came into care around the same time. While at home with their foster carer, they are called 'kitties!' and 'puss-puss-puss!' as well as a bunch of sweet nothings, as they snuggle up for cuddles. So never-fear, you do not need to keep their name.

Maple is just the sweetest, snuggliest, purry little thing. While she doesn't tend to meow, she always purrs when coming up to you. She adores cuddles and pats, and her favourite spot to snuggle on you is on your chest. She is a curious, young kitten and will investigate what you're up to, and follow you around the house. She is a gentle little girl who will likely grow into a fluffy, snuggly young lady.

She is available for adoption to a home that either has someone home for parts of the day, or with an existing cat/pet, as she is likely to be very lonely when taken away from her litter mates.

Available to meet at Randwick, NSW.

Maple uses the litter trays, and is used to eating a variety of can food, kibble and fresh chicken necks, chicken hearts and chicken wings (raw meaty bones are fantastic for their teeth!). She has also been flea treated, wormed, and has been bathed a few times as well as having had her claws trimmed.

Maple was adopted on 22 September 2019 after 3 months in foster care

Juice

Juice

Domestic Medium Haired - male

Pancake, Maple (Syrup) and Juice are fun breakfast names given to this trio of delicious kittens! While at home with their foster carer, they are called 'kitties!' and 'puss-puss-puss!' as well as a bunch of sweet nothings, as they snuggle up for cuddles. So never-fear, you do not need to keep their name!

They have all grown up together after being found as strays, with no mum to care for them. All were bottlefed in care, and have grown up being exposed to different noises and smells, children and other cats.
They all use their litter trays, are used to eating a variety of can food, kibble and fresh chicken necks, chicken hearts and chicken wings (raw meaty bones are fantastic for their teeth!). They also have been flea treated, wormed, and have been bathed a few times as well as have had their claws trimmed.

Juice is a fluffy little lad who enjoys snuggling on the couch with you. He is the most timid out of the trio, and sometimes rushes to hide if he gets startled.
He is a friendly fellow however, and is outgoing and playful.

Available for meet-and-greets at Randwick, NSW.

Juice was adopted on 22 September 2019 after 3 months in foster care
