Armani

Armani

Kelpie x small breed - female

Princess

Princess

Golden Retriever x Poodle - female

Princess needs a home where she will be loved forever. She is a real cutie with a gentle, placid nature. She adores people, going for walks and having her belly scratched. Princess becomes overwhelmed with excitable dogs so would be best placed with a person who does not have any other dogs or has older, calmer dogs. Princess is being cared for in the Wollongong area.

Princess was adopted on 09 January 2009 after 4 weeks in foster care

Crikey

Crikey

Whippet - male

Crikey would prefer to be an only dog and with older children but would be happy also with another dog to play with. He is great with kids as long as they don't overwhelm him and he just loves to play ball with them. He walks well on a lead and is very social.

Crikey was adopted on 02 January 2009 after 1 month in foster care

Dodge

Dodge

Chihuahua - male

Dodge is a very outgoing little boy that sadly found his way into the pound. Since being in foster care he has shown himself to be a lovely, happy and a very affectionate dog, he adores people and loves to give lots of kisses, he would make a perfect companion to any household were he can have the attention he deserves with other dogs or cats as he gets on well with both. Dodge hasn't had much training in the way of toilet training but he is learning very quickly but he can sit stay and walks great on a lead. If you think you have the perfect home for this little man don't hesitate to call he would love to meet you!!!!

Dodge was adopted on 29 December 2008 after 1 month in foster care

Chloes Pups

Chloe's Pups

Labrador x - mixed

Chloe's Pups was adopted on 22 December 2008 after 2 weeks in foster care

Timmy

Timmy

small cross breed - male

We are not sure exactly what breeds Tiny Timmy has in him, but he certainly is cute. There might be some staffy looking at his big smile, but as Timmy weighs around 10kg there must be a lot of little dog too. We think we can see a hint of Chihuahua. Timmy knows to sit for pats and also sits to have his lead put on for walks. Currently he is living outside during the day, and comes in during the evening to spend time with his humans. He loves to helped up into your lap for cuddles and pats. Timmy is good with other dogs and currently shares his home with two German Shepherds. He is house trained and travels well in the car.

Timmy was adopted on 22 December 2008 after 3 weeks in foster care

Scooby

Scooby

Labrador x - male

Scooby was sadly surrendered by his owners as they have no time for him. He is a sweet and loving boy that loves people and is fine with other dogs but as he has spent the first few months of his life as an only dog he does require some guidance when meeting new dogs for the first time. He is a lovely dog that wants nothing more than to please his owners. He does require some training but walks well on the lead and as he is a smart boy he will pick things up quickly. Scooby would be fine as an only dog as long as he had enough stimulation during the day, although ideally he would love a home with another doggie friend for company. He would be great with slightly older children as he might knock very little ones over. Snoopy is a lovely chocolate colour and is obviously a lab x, he is slightly larger than your average Labrador in height and he has a short, low maintenance coat. Scooby is a great dog that would make a great addition to the right family. Scooby is currently located in Concord NSW.

Scooby was adopted on 22 December 2008 after 2 months in foster care

Splotch

Splotch

Lab x Kelpie Sml-Med size - male

Splotch is a lovely excitable boy who is good with other dogs but would also be fine as the only dog as long as he had lots of exercise and interaction with his family. Splotch is quite an active boy and needs some ongoing training to teach him some doggie manners and how to stay still for more than a few seconds. He would love to have older kids to play with as he will knock little ones over with his enthusiasm to be greet and play with them, after all he is still a youngster and he just wants someone who will give him lots of love and attention.

Splotch was adopted on 16 December 2008 after 1 month in foster care

Milo

Milo

Pomeranian x - male

Milo is a very handsome Pom X who was surrendered into DCH care. He travels beautifully in the car and gets along well with other dogs (He can be a little dominant but settles in well with firm owners). He would love a home with another similar sized companion (He has been great with his foster sister Chloe). He is also very well behaved at the vet. His coat is easy to mantain and he's learning to walk well on the lead. Milo has come from a home with kids and is great with them. He would love a home who loves his beautiful personality as well as his great looks.

Milo was adopted on 15 December 2008 after 2 months in foster care

Randy

Randy

Sheltie x - male

Randy is a beautiful male sheltie, he adores people, other dogs and just wants to play and have a cuddle with anyone! Randy is learning to sit, stay and drop but he will need a home which is willing to further his training. He is an excitable and very playful dog so he would love some children to play with at his new home. Randy is a no fuss dog but due to his thick coat he will need some regular brushing. He is being cared for on the Windsor area. If you think you have that perfect home for this little darling please give us a call he would love to meet you!!!

Randy was adopted on 11 December 2008 after 1 month in foster care
