Zhoee

Zhoee

Cocker Spaniel x Poodle - female

Hi my name is Zhoee I'm a very sweet and lovable girl. I love to be spoilt and pampered and like to be the centre of attention. Despite that fact I'm spoilt I'm a very well behaved girl, I like to go for walks

I walk great on the lead, I love playing with other dogs and cats and best of all I'm house trained. When I go to my new home I would prefer to live inside and get heaps of hugs and kisses. In return I would be a very loyal family pet with a lot of love to give.

Zhoee was adopted on 28 January 2008 after 4 days in foster care

Larry

Larry

Labrador x - male

Larry is an affectionate gentle giant and tries hard to please his humans. He has basic training sit, drop, fetch and waits for his dinner on command as well as shakes hands. He knows his name and loves going for walks and playing ball. He still requires more obedience training and a firm hand. Larry is a very loyal boy and has a beautiful, healthy coat and strong white teeth. He is very quiet and doesn't bark except when a stranger or a noise attracts him, so he would make a wonderful watch-dog. His forever home would need to be someone who can devote lots of quality time to his on-going training and give him the love and attention he craves. A family with older children who would be able to include him in family activities and give him a daily walk would also make an ideal, loving home for him.

Larry was adopted on 28 January 2008 after 2 months in foster care

Sheba

Sheba

Siberian Husky - female

Foster Carer Required Urgently

Sheba's last day will be 7/1/08 if a carer or permanent home cannot be found

Sheba is very people orientated and loves sitting at your feet while you're on the computer or watching TV. She likes belly rubs and attention and she's good with older children. She is very people friendly and quite playful. She'd make and excellent walking or jogging companion and she is a fairly obedient girl who can sit and comes when called (which is a wonderful trait in a husky). She is learning not to jump up and is progressing well with her training. Being a husky she is not suitable for a first time dog owner and will need a home with secure fencing. sheba needs a home with other dogs for company. Sheba is a really friendly girl who deserves a home of her own. She is submissive with other dogs on first meeting but like most husky's she does like to be the dominant female, so a home with a male dog would be ideal (or she is also fine with other dominant females who can put her in her place)

Sheba was adopted on 28 January 2008 after 11 months in foster care

Edwi

Edwi

Cattle/Kelpie x mastiff? - male

Edwin is the biggest of the pups.. he is a gentle giant.. who has a lovely tan coat with black points on his little face and some of his toes are white. He has grown quickly to become a fine looking pup and his gorgeous grey eyes are now brown. He has wrinkles on his forehead giving him a wise, mature and sometimes concerned look despite him only being 3 months old. Edwin loves to play and romp with his brothers and sister as well as playing with the 3 adult dogs in his foster home. He loves to play with toys, however still has his smoochy moments where he comes up for cuddles and pats. He is a smart little man who is quick to learn and would enjoy nothing more than to have a home of his own where he can please his people. While these pups may not appear to have cattle in them, the one thing they do have is their heart, and I believe they will be loyal and trustworthy dogs when they finish growing. Due to the size Edwin appears to be going to grow to, obedience training would be recommended and encouraged, and would help to ensure that he remains sociable.

Hugo

Hugo

Cattle/Kelpie x mastiff? - male

Hugo is a happy-go-lucky pup who loves to play. He loves interacting with humans and other dogs alike, and enjoys wrestling and playing with his siblings as well as their toys. He is a lovely boy who has a white coat with cattle speckling coming through in red and blue as well as having some lovely brindle patches on his face and body. He is a gorgeous little man with a cheeky smile. Although he doesn't have the height of his brother Edwin, he has developed the wrinkles on his forehead and he actually has bigger paws than this brother too. By the look of him and the way he is growing it is expected that while he may not have Edwin's height he will probably be a thickset chunky little man. He absolutely loves his cuddles and is proving to be a smart little cookie, already sitting and dropping (with food lures) when asked to. He (and his brother and sisters) would probably do well at obedience and further enhance the good manners and lessons their mother Sharla (Cattle x Kelpie) taught them.

Very sweet and charming young man who adores people and cuddles. He is housetrained, walked well on a lead and knows basic obedience, he loves to learn and lives to please.
