Mango

Mango

Toy poodle - male

My name is Mango. I was found on the streets. I was chipped and desexed but my owner did not come forward to claim me during my impound time so now I am looking for a new forever home.

My foster care mum says I have a wonderful personality. I love nothing more than to sit and sleep near her on the floor in my bed. I sleep through the night. I am blind however I do find it easier to get around when it’s light or with a light on so my foster carer says I can see some light. I have a scar in one eye and a cataract in the other. I have got used to getting around the house and can now spend some time outside by myself as well. I have 3 ulcers. I have been given an injection for now to see if that helps heal them though I may need ongoing treatment for them. I have had dental work done which included the removal of 3 teeth. I have narrowing of the discs on
My spine which has caused some arthritis.

I get on fine with the resident dog, cats and rabbits. I do like to eat my food alone though so my foster mom feeds me away from the other pets. I get on well With the kids though I have attached myself to my foster mum.

I am vaccinated, chipped. Flea and worm treated and desexed. Please contact my foster carer via EMAIL only to show your expressions of
Interest. I will Be looking for an owner who is home a lot perhaps someone who is retired or maybe works from home.

Sponsorship needed for medical bills for dental, X-ray and injections totalling $780.60.

Pablo

Pablo

American Staffy - male

14month old American Staffy Pablo is the sweetest boy.

Great with kids and other dogs.

He is a gentle strong boy, that wouldn’t even know his capable strength, with how gentle and playful he is.

He has been getting bossed around by my pug yet he remains extremely happy, and playful. He is always wagging his tail and trying to get approval from my dog. He isn’t dominant or aggressive in any way.

Loves to just sit inside and cuddle or content being in the same room as you.

He is an inside dog rather than and outside one.

Unfortunately Pablo’s owners can no longer look after him due to unforeseen reasons. They are very torn at their decision and want to make sure Pablo finds a loving forever home.

Please feel free to ask any questions and you are welcome to drop by and meet Pablo if you are interested.

Pablo was adopted on 29 May 2021 after 2 weeks in foster care

Daphne

Daphne

Mini Fox Terrier - female

Hi I'm Daphne. You could consider me a pensioner. My approximate age is 15 as assessed by the Pound who described me as a sweet girl. My foster carer totally agrees. I have difficulty seeing and hearing, however I'm getting by, discovering all the nooks and crannies of my foster house and back yard. I get on with the resident and visiting dogs and just potter around all day. I do have a bit of stiffness in the hips however, I walk well on the lead and sleep soundly throughout the night, and am incontinent during the night only. I take myself outside to do my business during the day. My foster mum places puppy pads on my bed so it's hit and miss whether they contain my small amount of urine. This condition can be treated with medication if necessary. I eat real food and I have many of my own teeth. I would prefer a level house and garden as I cannot see the steps properly, however I did get used to two and I am now okay. My heart is strong and I do not have a murmur. I had been previously desexed and during my recent dental visit (9 teeth were removed), my vet found a small hernia which he repaired so I'm ready to go to my new home. My foster father, also a pensioner and mother are falling in love with me however, I would love to share my personality with someone who will understand my issues so that my foster parents can rescue another furbaby in need.
