Buddy

Buddy

DSH - male

Buddy is a lovely tabby coloured boy who came into our care at 10 months old. How could anyone resist those beautiful eyes?

Buddy is an extremely friendly and loveable boy, and settled into his new circumstances very quickly and comfortably. He has become very friendly with people, including children. Buddy has also been living with big dogs and cats as well as kittens in foster care, and has made friends with them all.

No longer a tiny kitty, Buddy is well socialised and trained and can entertain himself happily as long as he has loving human companionship. Although, he does still like to have a play with his people. So, we believe he will fit in easily with a family, or equally, with a one or two person household, and will be happy to share his new home with existing cat-friendly pets.

Buddy is already de-sexed, is microchipped, and his vaccinations and vet work are up to date.

Buddy has recently moved to the PETstock Penrith Adoption Enclosure at Jamisontown to give him the opportunity to meet and greet multiple potential owners looking for a forever feline companion. If you think Buddy could become your buddy, he can be visited there during business hours (www.petstock.com.au/store/petstock-penrith). Should you wish to obtain more information, you can also make an enquiry through our website.

Hissie Miggins

Hissie Miggins

Domestic Medium Hair - female

My name is Hissie Miggins....I was found along with all my sisters (Tortzee, Bitzee, Megzee) and handed in to ensure I had a great start to life.

I've put on alot of weight since being in care.

I do like to play with my siblings but more than often, happy to be by myself and take it all in.

I used to hiss alot, but I've calmed right down. Happy to be held for a short time and I always purr. I'm starting to come over to my carer alot more.

I've had my first vaccination and I'm microchipped.

I am going to be desexed on 3rd January,2019, so I will be ready to go to my furever home mid January once I'm all healed.

My name is Tortzee....I was found along with all my sisters (Megzee, Bitzee, Hissie Miggins) and handed in to ensure I had a great start to life.

I've put on alot of weight since being in care.

I do like to play with my siblings, more like the mafia "take down", I'm all in for a rumble.

Happy to be held for a short time and I always purr and I'm warming up to my carer each and every week. I don't really like to be alone though and call out to my carer or siblings if I can't find anyone.

I've had my first vaccination and I'm microchipped.

I am going to be desexed on 3rd January 2019, so I will be ready to go to my furever home mid January once I'm all healed.

Smartie

Smartie

ShihTzu X Chihuahua - female

Smartie has been surrendered into care to find her a new loving home with plenty of time and energy to give her the attention she needs.

She is very playful and talkative. She's very smart and a quick learner.

She is looking for a quiet home with no loud noises. She would like to be an indoor dog with access to an enclosed yard.

She needs someone with time and patience to earn her trust.
New people can be a bit scary for her to begin with but will come around once she trusts you.

She is best in a home without young kids and caution needs to be taken around new people as she can be protective.

She does not like cats and will growl at them. She needs to be rehomed to a cat free home.

She is approx 2-3 years old. DOB is not available but we believe she was desexed at 6 months of age which makes her just over 2 years old.

She was desexed in May 2017.

She has been vaccinated, heart worm tested, flea treated and wormed.

Vet Check - She has grade 3 floating/luxating Patella's. No corrective action needed at this time. Test results from blood test show Negative for Heart Worm. No other health issues were noted. Will need a booster vaccine in February.

12/1/19 - Smartie has had lots of inquiries and expressions of interest. Smartie is on Hold and it appears we have a home for her.

Emi

Emi

Domestic Short Hair - female

Emi is a sweet, friendly and really lovely kitten who shows no signs that she has anything but love (and a lot of energy!) to offer.

When she was originally taken into care by DCH, it was noted how much she enjoyed the company of people she was with, and since she has been with her foster family, this has definitely proven to be true. She will follow people from room to room very calmly, inquisitive and intrigued about what they are doing. But she is just as happy to stop when they stop, curling up in a ball beside or on her foster family, whether they are watching TV or getting to bed.

She is quite small, but don't let that fool you, she can eat with the best of them, and has proven herself a little hunter if you leave your plate unattended. She loves to play, especially with anything attached to string, and enjoys her scratching post or anything she can chase that has a bell attached. She also has a small tail with a kink at the end, but it doesn't seem to bother her!

Emi is an indoor kitten, and whilst she has had some experience with an old, small and quiet dog, she would prefer to be away from dogs as she finds them quite scary!

Emi is adored by her foster family, and still getting used to socialising with others. She will needs lots of attention to settle into a new house, but patiently done so she can make the choice herself. She will be looking for her forever home once she is vaccinated, microchipped and desexed.

Please contact Emi’s carer, Chris - on 0422718676 - to learn more about her.

Will be vaccinated, microchipped, desexed.

Available from the Wollongong Area.
