Suki

Suki

DSH - female

Beautiful, intelligent, pleasant, very well behaved and easily trained friendly cat. Suki always was an indoor home cat and was very scared at the pound, where she had been surrendered to. She adapted easily at her foster home, became relaxed, learned new house rules fast and effortlessly.

She is only three years old, healthy, clean, and really nice looking cat. She doesn't scratch furniture and even knows how to trim her own claws with her teeth! Suki is a very gentle, quiet, easy cat and she is intelligent enough to become a devoted companion and friend to a nice person/family. She behaves more mature then most of the cats in her young age and probably more suitable for a family with a baby or with grown up children.

Suki was adopted on 25 August 2015 after 4 months in foster care

Archie

Archie

Dane x Wolfhound?? - male

Archie is large size boy who is looking for a new home with an experienced dog owner used to large dogs. He is fairly active and typical of the breeds we suspect are in him (ie Dane and hound).

Archie currently lives with another dog and would enjoy the company of another playful dog. He can be picky about who he is friends with when out and about at dog parks so he might not be suitable for someone after an easy going dog to socialise with lots of different dogs.

Archie is friendly, sooky, and quite adorable. He can be bouncy and excitable with his family and once he gets to know you, but with strangers he's fairly indifferent. Archie is used to living with cats and enjoys a playful chasing game with them. He is also used to living with a baby and has proved himself very good around them, although due to his large size he could easily knock over a small child without meaning to.

Archie would love to allowed inside and he's been taught a lot of doggie manners already, he can sit, stay, walks well on lead with a halti, and is very receptive to training with food rewards.

Archie is a beautiful boy who will flourish in a home where he gets regular exercise and is included as part of the family.

Archie was adopted on 24 August 2015 after 4 months in foster care

Ariella Park Remembrance (Remmy)

Ariella Park Remembrance (Remmy)

Australian Saddle Pony - gelding

Australian Saddle Pony Gelding 14hh, 7yrs.

Remmy is a beautiful horse with a lovely, kind nature. He's double registered with the Australian Saddle Pony Association and the Riding Pony Stud Book Society. He's good to trim, rug, handle and he floats well.

Remmy was broken in as a four year old and started liberty and ridden training where he proved happy to be ridden alone, in a group, or out in the paddock with other horses. He's recently had a break from riding and needs an experienced person to bring him back into work and continue his education.

Remmy will make a lovely pony for a small adult, teen, or a second pony for a capable child rider.

Ronaldo

Ronaldo

Thoroughbred - gelding

Thoroughbred Gelding 16.1hh, 12yrs

Ronaldo is a lovely horse with good conformation and an easy going, even temperament. He's a good doer and maintains condition easily. He hasn't been ridden for several years so is suited to an experienced rider only. After re-starting or sending him to a trainer he would enjoy long rides, rounding up sheep or cattle, or would make a lovely dressage horse. Ronaldo needs an experienced rider but is tractable, easy to train and responds well to the principles of natural horsemanship. With the right guidance, Ronaldo is a horse you could derive a lot of pleasure from owning and riding.

Cody

Cody

x breed - male

A lovely little cross breed of unknown background. He has been in care for more than 12 months now and would love to find his forever home.

Cody is NOT suitable for families with young children regardless of their experience in handling dogs as he will nip at your hands without warning. He doesn't break the skin but you can be happily patting him sudden he will nip at your hand in play which could scare a small child. Cody is also not suited to an environment where he would spend long hours in his own as he loves constant companionship either human or another dog or both. Currently Cody is an inside dog.

He is a very active and loyal dog who loves playing ball and sitting on your lap. He would also make a great guard dog as he is initially on alert with strangers. He never strays far from you and really just wants to be someone's companion.

He would be suitable for people who have previous dog experience whether they be an individual or family. Ideally his new owner(s) live a highly active lifestyle or have another active dog that needs a companion. Cody is a lovely dog who loves playing with other dogs and his toys. He is very energetic and would love to go to a family who live a very active lifestyle, lots of long walks and/or jogging. He is a very easy going dog but would benefit from having another dog as a playmate so that he doesn't get lonely and bored on his own. He is an indoor dog and is toilet trained.

Cody was rescued from a local pound and is an absolutely delightful dog with a very easy going temperament. He takes most things in his stride and gets on really well with other dogs. He is toilet trained, doesn't pull on the lead, is not afraid of vacuum cleaners, mowers or similar. Being a young dog he would benefit from training in basic obedience. Cody loves to snuggle up for a bit of cuddle time when he is not out for a walk or playing with one of the other dogs or his toys.

He is one very special boy!

Cody was adopted on 11 August 2015 after 1.7 years in foster care
