Tawny

Tawny

DSH - female

Nice natured little girl good with other cats and very good natured. She can be shy with strangers, so a less busy household would be her ideal home.

Tawny was adopted on 06 April 2009 after 2 months in foster care

Isabella

Isabella

DSH - female

Isabella is a pretty but independent tortoiseshell with a definite mind of her own. Her previous family spent little time with her and as such she has grown into a fairly solitary cat that prefers her own company. However, she readily accepts quick pats and hugs and sometimes jumps up for a quick smooch. When she is in the mood she is super affectionate! So, if you are looking for a self contained cat that is happy to spend time on her own then Isabella is definitely your girl! Isabella tends to play a little rough and for this reason she is not suitable for a family with small children. Isabella would also prefer to be a solo cat Isabella is lifetime registered.

Isabella was adopted on 06 April 2009 after 2.8 years in foster care

Tobie

Tobie

DSH - female

Special Needs Cat

She is friendlier and more outgoing than her sister Tyla, but she is still a little shy when meeting new people. Tobie loves to be patted and will come to sneak in a few when called. Tobie is not really a lap cat, but in the right environment this may change. To really shine, Tobie needs ahome where she is the only 4 legged member. Tobie is litter trained and prefers to be inside at night.

Tobie was adopted on 06 April 2009 after 4 years in foster care

Starbuck and Roo

Starbuck and Roo

DMH - female

Starbuck (Black and White) and Roo (Grey) love to play. Wrestling is really their thing and they can keep themselves amused for hours rolling around on the floor. Both kittens love both human and feline attention and quickly become friends with other cats. They both use the litter tray confidently and love scratching and climbing all over their scratching post. They also like to be patted and purr easily. These energetic and lovely girls are available together or seperately, however would both prefer another feline to play with in their new home.

Starbuck and Roo was adopted on 05 April 2009 after 1 month in foster care

Tiger was adopted on 05 April 2009 after 3 months in foster care

Charli

Charli

DSH - female

Poor little Charli is a quiet, timid girl. She would suit a non noisy household where she can really get to know and bond with her new owner. Charli is fine with other cats.

Charli was adopted on 05 April 2009 after 7 months in foster care

Suki

Suki

DSH - female

We came across Suki quite by accident sitting on the lap of a 3 year old child in a stroller being walked around a shopping center, it was quite a sight. She was sitting calmly not even trying to get away. Even being carried around the local park while the child played she was happily going along for the ride. Naturally i went to say hi and thats when i was told about her family being evicted and them having nowhere to go and they were looking at having to leave them behind should no one be able to take them. Suki and her brother Crispy are now in care and doing really well. Suki is an affectionate girl who loves to come up for pats and will happily sleep purring on your chest if you let her, she is lovely. Suki has obviously had alot of handling with her previous owners and now in her foster home with 4 human children of various ages she is very tolerant of them all. They were afraid of dogs at first but quickly learned that the dogs here will not harm them and are drinking out of the same bowl with my old dog without a worry. Puppies are a bit much for them but they would be fine in a home with a calm cat friendly dog.

Crispy

Crispy

DSH - male

Crispy is an endearing little bloke very affectionate and funny. He comes when he is called and sits happily on my lap while i work on the computer. Allthough i must say it is difficult to work when he's being so cute rubbing up against me rubbing against my arms and hands purring his little head off lol. And if thats not enough when he's really happy he sort of flips onto his side allmost as if he's playing dead for belly rubs lol. He likes to splay himself out pretty much anywhere~ he surveys while i go about my business. He is very companionable. Crispy and his sister Suki are very funny to watch play and stalk each other. When they've had enough they curl up together in a mirror image pose (they are available seperately though). He is fine with other dogs provided they are reasonably calm and cat friendly of course. Cripsy came form a home where he was carried around alot by a young child which i feel has contributed to their lovely laid back natures.

Crispy was adopted on 01 April 2009 after 1 month in foster care
