Tigger

Tigger

shd - male

Tigger is the smaller brother of Cheddar. Both boys came into care with two brown tabby siblings. All of them have been re homed now except him. The other three gradually tamed up.

He is a shy boy who isn't a lap cat but is no trouble at all to have around. He is litter trained, not fussy with his food and gets along with other cats and a small dog.

Unfortunately he wasn't rescued off the streets until he was 12 weeks old. Still a kitten, but that is already too old for some cats to truly bond with people. Tigger will hide from people and will generally hiss if you attempt a pat (although it is usually a bluff and he does seem to enjoy the pats when he gets them) but he can sometimes swipe if he feels cornered.
He's might not end up being a normal family pet but he's such an unassuming young boy with such a great nature around other animals and so quiet and easy to have around it would be a shame for him to miss out on a loving home.

He has had all his vaccinations, is de sexed, microchipped and vet check and is ready to go to a good home with someone who has loads of patience and love.

He does interact with other kittens including playing, sleeping and hangs around the dining table for scraps.

Tigger was adopted on 20 August 2021 after 7 months in foster care

Rudi

Rudi

DSH - male

Rudi is a big kitten and is going to be a very big boy when he is full grown. And while Rudi spends most of his day in his own company sleeping in front of the window or in a sunny position, Rudi enjoys cuddling up to his foster mum of an evening. Rudi is not a real fan of being picked up, however Rudi accepts affection and pats when given and as the nights get cooler he snuggles up in on the couch with his foster mum to watch TV.

Rudi has been raised with other foster kittens, cats and dogs, and gets along with them all and as he gets older he gets cheekier with the dogs particularly.

Rudi is ready for his forever home now and he has been desexed, microchipped and he has had all 3 of kitten vaccinations and parasite protection.

Rudi is available to meet at his foster home in Bligh Park once the Greater Sydney COVID stay at home restrictions ease.

As we currently receive a lot of enquiries for our kittens, please include relevant details about yourself and your home/other pets, to be considered.

If you are renting, please ensure that you have approval for a cat BEFORE you lodge interest.

You must be over 18yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt an animal from DCH.

Rudi was adopted on 13 August 2021 after 4 months in foster care

Luna

Luna

Domestic Short Hair - female

Luna is a very sweet and calm cat who was rescued alongside a very young kitten, who wouldn't leave her side. Luna saved her from the cold Australian winter and they protected each other.
They are now both safe and warm and Luna is looking for her forever home. Only young herself, she has the silkiest fur with a beautiful butterfly pattern on her back.
She loves curling up and sleeping next to you and has a very sweet, loving nature. Good with other cats and children.
She is vet checked, microchipped, desexed, flea/worm treated, and her vaccinations are up to date.

Luna was adopted on 11 August 2021 after 1 month in foster care

Terence

Terence

DSH - male

this beautiful natured young man (who I struggle to get a good picture of as he's so busy rubbing up against me when I try). Is currently in our cattery and really needs to find his forever home where he can run around and enjoy lots of cuddles.

Terence is the lovliest boy, who is a full time purr machine, rolls over for attention and loves pats and belly rubs. He loves getting picked up and he really enjoyes cuddles. He is, however, so desperate for pats and attention he will be your shadow and can pose a bit of a trip hazard, but that may settle when he's not caged most of the day.

He gets on great with other cats and is super handsome as well with the softest coat. Terence is fine with children but they can spook him a bit, so he's not going to be a childs best friend (at this stage anyway), so he needs a home with a family that can spoil him with attention and affection and he'll make a lovely lapcat in his special forever home.

Terence was adopted on 10 August 2021 after 3 months in foster care

Coco

Coco

shd - female

Coco is a tortoiseshell female with white socks female who came into care with her 4 siblings. Coco was initially fearful of humans, however after much love & pats, she now purrs loudly and will sit on your lap while you pat her.
Coco is multi-coloured, and has a unique orange stripe on her nose.
Coco is vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated and desexed.

Very out going and athletic female who can jump great heights and leads the others kitties on adventures.
She is fully litter trained, prefers the cheap newspaper pellets you can buy at big W.

Please contact for further details.

Coco was adopted on 09 August 2021 after 5 months in foster care

Nala

Nala

Domestic Short Hair - female

Nala is a small beautiful kitty who is around 8 months old.
She is very affectionate and loves pats.

She can be very inquisitive and will call out for attention.

Nala does get scared by dogs so is best in a home without dogs.

She was surrendered by her owner due to their family developing an allergic reaction and had to rehome her on medical advice.

She was desexed on the 13th July and has received her 1st F3 vaccination and had no other health issues observed by the vets at Kellyville Ridge at the time of examination.

She is available now for adoption however with Covid restrictions she is currently unable to be visited in person in the carer home.

Located in the Quakers Hill (Blacktown LGA) area.

Nala was adopted on 07 August 2021 after 4 weeks in foster care

Chase

Chase

Ragdoll - male

Chase is a beautiful 4 year ragdoll boy who is very cheeky with the sweetest affectionate side! he is very vocal and loves to talk to you, especially when he wants food.
Chase can be very curious and loves to check everything out although it may scare him. Ideally chase would be suited to a home without dogs as he is a little timid and afraid of them, he is great with people once he has come out of his shell.
Chase loves to sleep near you and is very welcoming to pats and chin scratches although he will let you know when he has had enough.
Chase will require daily grooming to keep his coat beautiful and prevent tangles in his fur, he loves to be brushed .

Chase is mostly toilet trained but is prone to an accident when he is not given access to his litter.
Chase is a very special boy who loves to play with toys and often gets the zoomies when he is excited to see you.
Chase is microchipped, desexed, vaccinated, and regularly flea and worm treated.
This sweet boy is available in the Sydney area only.

Chase was adopted on 07 August 2021 after 1 month in foster care

Roxi

Roxi

DSH - female

Roxi spent the first 4 weeks of COVID lock down located at PetStock Marsden Park but was unsuccessful in finding her forever family. Roxi has now returned to her foster home, and is still available for adoption.

Roxi is a lovely delicate kitten, with a long slender body, and lovely white markings and as she gets older her coat becomes a little lighter. Shy on first meeting new humans, Roxi is super affectionate and is happy to curl up beside her foster mum or even under the covers at night, and often keeps her foster mum company while she is working from home. Roxi tolerates being picked up and cuddled for short periods and hopefully this will improve once she settles into her forever home.

Roxi loves her fellow housemates be it kitten, cat or dog and is often found 'mothering' them or will ninja jump at them if they enter a room and she is in a playful mood.

As Roxi was housed in the adoption enclosure at PetStock for 4 weeks she has been exposed to multiple people and animals, however she will still need time to acclimatize to her new home and family.

Roxi is ready for her forever home now and she has been desexed, microchipped and she has all 3 of her kitten vaccinations and is up to date with her parasite protection.

Roxi is available to meet at her foster home in Bligh Park once the Greater Sydney COVID stay at home restrictions ease.

Roxi was adopted on 02 August 2021 after 3 months in foster care

Lulu

Lulu

Dsh - female

Lulu was surrendered to us by the family who were parents of her Mum. They took great care of her and kept up all her flea and worming treatments. She'd been brought up with mum and siblings, so she is a very well adjusted kitten.

She's a petite (2kg) girl and is VERY sweet and friendly. She purrs constantly and is a little gem of a kitten who likes belly rubs, cuddling, and some play time. She quite sociable, gets along with other cats and adjusted to the foster home quickly. She would also be good with children, as her first family had one. She'll crawl right up on your lap and snuggle in, purring away.

Lulu is vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated and desexed. She's ready to meet you now!
