Max's story

Hi Karen, Just wanted to let you know that Max the gorgeous Labrador is settling in really well in his new home with me. We love each other to death!!! He's very happy playing in the back yard through the day and of a night time we go for a walk and then play with his ball then watch TV together (well he passes out at my feet but I watch TV!!)

He is getting over his fear of people slowly but surely and his growing more confident in his surroundings every day. He is eating and sleeping well and has had 2 baths and a vet check up already. The vet is delighted with his health and weight (now at 30kg even of which we will be keeping him at).

Every time I walk him people want to come over and meet him which is great because he is getting better at meeting and greeting people -he still walks perfectly well on the lead and he rides well in the car when we visit my father in Castle Hill - he's even had his first ride in a lift (he's not too sure about lifts and is usually happy to be out of there!).

I have attached a photo of him for you to see him lounging in my father's red velvet arm chair of which he claimed as his when we weren't watching!!

Hope you are well and I will keep you posted on the adventures of my beautiful boy!!

Kind Regards

Louise
