Cherry's story
Hi
My name is Glenys and I adopted a dog by the name of Cherry back in July.
Firstly she has settled in extremely well and all our animals get on well together the day we got Cherry we also picked up a 12 week old teacup poodle named Cleopatra who was with us when we picked Cherry up and they bonded immediately at home we also have 2 kelpie/cattle/border collie crosses who are about 18 months old they also bonded very well with both Cherry and Cleo. I did take Cherry to my vet to get her ears checked and get the ear cleaner that I was told about due to the ear infection she had when your organisation found her. My vet found a mild heart murmmer this by no means turned us off taking her and my vet has assured me that she is not having any problems but could be affected as she gets older.
Cherry is very active and as we have now moved out onto a small property has much more exercise. Cleo and Cherry live inside and sleep with us, and they rough house quite often with Whiskey and Brandy. Cherry has really bonded with me and I am rarely out of her site, she sleeps with my husband and I (as does Cleo) I think we are going to have to get a bigger bed very soon, We love her dearly and is a very much loved family member. I do hope you can update your site with info that she is in animal paradise (we are animal lovers).
Cheers
Glenys
