Pebbles's story

We adopted Pebbles, now known as Martha, from DCH Wollongong approx 6 years ago. Since adopting her, Martha got SARD (Sudden Acquired Retinal Degeneration), and went blind virtually overnight. However, after teaching her some new ways of doing things, she is just as happy and healthy as ever and still loves her walks. We think she is so brave, and she brings us so much love and joy. Adopting Pebbles/Martha was the best thing we did.
