Thorpe

Thorpe

Rough Collie - male

Thorpe is the most loving affectionate boy you could ever find. He loves to sit and give a paw in your lap. He loves cuddles and wants nothing more than to be with his family. He walks well on lead, is house trained and therefore will suit being a inside dog. He has basic obedience training, loves attention and gives back any affection twofold. He absolutely adores children and other dogs, in fact he absolutely loves everyone except maybe cats, he barks at them. Nice easy going boy who to keep looking so handsome requires regular grooming of his double coat and he in turn will fit into most family situations where he is included as part of the family.

Thorpe was adopted on 16 April 2007 after 3 weeks in foster care

Millie

Millie

female

How gorgeous is this girl! She is friendly, great with cats, easily trained, gets on well with other dogs and great off-lead. We have no idea on what breeds have come together to create this gorgeous girl but can tell she is 10 kg and not expected to grow much more. She would love an active home where she had another dog for company or someone that was home most of the time. She is being cared for in the Wollongong/Shellharbour area.

Buddy

Buddy

Mastiff x Bull Terrier - male

Ok lets face it Buddy's looks are rather special LOL, but dont let first impressions fool you as he is a wonderful boy. He has a delightful disposition and is very easy to get along with and responds well to positive encouragement. He has a very short and sparse coat, and with his calm manner he would make an excellent indoor dog though he is still quite happy being outdoors. In the time that Buddy has been with our family (which includes children), he has shown himself to be an affectionate, loyal and protective boy and will do very well with a large dog lovin family.

Porter

Porter

Tri-Coloured Rough Collie - male

Lovely natured boy, very bouncy as we had to shave off his coat due to long term neglect and he now thinks he is a smooth coated. The poor boy had nests of fleas in him and he had not been able to scratch himself as his coat was so thick and matted. He has come out of this neglect with a happy bouncy confident disposition, is now house trained and is great with kids and other dogs. Walks well on a lead and loves to socialising. We took him to a recent fundraiser and he just loved everyone and was a huge hit as he was so well behaved and bounced off everyone and sat down with the kids and gave them kisses and paws. He just loves to be loved and gives back every bit of attention that he receives twofold. He needs to be an inside dog as he will not cope with being locked out. Every night he goes into his bed in the laundry and not a sound is heard until his door is opened in the morning.

Porter was adopted on 11 April 2007 after 1 weeks in foster care

Skeeter

Skeeter is a delightful little character. His favourate game is fetching his tennis ball and chasing small insects even very tiny ants lol he doesn't miss a thing. He's very intelligent and would do well at any sort of training. He also loves to snuggle up to you for cuddles. He is eager to please and allready its become evident that he is going to be a very loyal companion for his special person. Skeeter is well behaved in general and is not a barker. He's in excellent condition and would suit an active family. He loves his brother Moby and is good with other dogs of all ages and sizes.

Moby

Moby

male

Moby is a gorgeous cuddly little boy, very sweet and sooky. He has a more submissive nature than his brother 'Skeeter' and is happy to follow him round and do whatever he is doing. Moby is such a content little puppy. He is not a barker either. He loves his chew toys, running around the yard and playing in his very own sandpit. Moby's a little heartbreaker, who ever meets him first will want him he's such a little honey pie!

Inka

Inka

Small Size Kelpie x - female

Inka is a sweet and very affectionate little girl. She is always happy to meet you and gets very excited and just wants to give you kisses. She will probably grow to be a small to medium dog but probably not as big as a kelpie. She would be ideal in a family with small children as she is very well tempered and loves attention. She would be fine as an only dog as long as she gets to spend sometime each day with her new family. Inka already knows how to sit and is a very fast learner. Inka would make a great addition to any home.

Inka was adopted on 04 April 2007 after 1 weeks in foster care
