George

George

Dane x Mastiff? - male

George is a super friendly, happy boy who just LOVES people. He is also good with cats and most dogs although he does like to be top male (so off-leash meetings with other large males should be minimised). He is the size of a small Great Dane and is still a bit of a pup at heart. He is well trained

he leads well, sits / drops / stays on command and lies quietly in the car. He has good manners around food and is a great watch dog. His favourite new game is fetch which makes him easy to exercise. George is much better looking than his photo shows and all that meet him fall in love with him

we can't understand why George is yet to find his forever home!!

George was adopted on 29 July 2006 after 1.1 years in foster care

Buddy

Buddy

Aussie Silky Terrier - male

Buddy is a cute and happy little dog who is keen to sit on your lap. Loves to follow you around the house and will sit quietly to watch you. He is good with other dogs, he loves to go for walks and walks well on a lead. He is house trained and is in need of lots love of cuddles and attention. Buddy also travels well in the car. He understands basic commands and would benefit from ongoing obedience training.

Buddy was adopted on 26 July 2006 after 4 weeks in foster care

Bart

Bart

Cross Breed - male

Bart is only a baby and found himself in the pound, he is around 11 weeks old and is a very quiet and obedient little boy, he mixes well with other dogs and doesn't mind if they are large or small or male or female, he is learning about cats and ignores them most of the time, he loves meeting new people and adores children, he even puts up with wearing a jumper at night to keep him snug and warm, Bart will be quite a large dog when he is fully grown, he learns very quickly and I think he will be suited to someone who is eager to do some training

Bart was adopted on 26 July 2006 after 2 months in foster care

LJ aka Poppy

LJ aka Poppy

Dalmation x Weimaraner - female

LJ is a gentle little pup who has had a hard start in life. She is house trained and is just starting to learn to play with toys. She walks ok on a lead and gets along with other dogs. LJ loves being around people and loves nothing more than to have a few cuddles and settle down not too far from your feet. She prefers to be indoors with people than left out on her own so would be best going to a home where she's allowed inside when you are home and has another dog to play with during the day. LJ will only be medium size when fully grown.

LJ aka Poppy was adopted on 22 July 2006 after 5 months in foster care
