Meet Finn

This beautiful kitten was rescued from the Pound and was in urgent need of food and care. The litter of 6 kittens came into a pound at 2 weeks of age from a vet clinic as Orphans. These little orphans are being Hand-Reared by a DCH Foster Carer and will be well handled and are getting lots of human contact and will be socialised with other cats and children.

** Update 27-2 Sponsorship Required ** - Finn is currently on hold as he is receiving treatment to a deep scratch on his cornea. The injury is a cornea ulcer due trauma. He has had to have additional medical tests with a stain in the eye. He is now on treatment and is receiving eye cream 6 times a day for 2 weeks which is going to delay his adoption. Finn will have additional medical costs of approx $80.

DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.

If you would like to sponsor an animal or to donate to DCH to help us assist more animals in need, then please visit the following page:
