Meet Stella

Stella is a beautiful one year old Wolfhound X. She is much smaller than a purebred Wolfhound and is about half the height of a purebred Wolfhound.

She is super friendly and will take to you straight away. She loves both people and other dogs. She loves to run and play in the park and playing with other dogs. I have four dogs of my own and I have never seen them play with another dog the way they play with Stella. She is always playing with one or other of them. Even my 10 year old Terrier X, Teddy, who doesn't like many dogs, loves playing with Stella.

Being only a 1 year old Stella still needs some training and is still in the puppy/young dog phase of life. This means she still likes to play with shoes and the like and you can't keep these types of things lying about.

Stella would benefit from some training and would benefit from someone who has the patience to teach this young girl what is expected of her. She loves nothing more than spending times with you. She would be a great family pet but is not suitable for a family with very young children. She would also make a great playmate for another dog. If you don't have a family she would also be suitable for you.

She needs about half an hour exercise a day and is good but not perfect on the lead.

Stella was adopted on 24 May 2018 after 3 weeks in foster care
