Meet Lucy

AVAILABLE FOR MEET AND GREET AND REHOMING FROM FRIDAY 18TH DECEMBER.

Mum and her 4 kittens (Lucy, Leo, Maddie and Milo) were surrendered into the care of DCH after being rescued struggling to survive in a back garden. They were all treated for cat flu immediately, only for them to develop ringworm (a common fungal condition) during their recovery. The poor little mites were, however well fed, vet treated, medicated and bathed to make them all better, and basically have been pampered as though they are in a spa! Despite being in isolation in a (rather large) space until recently, they’ve also had a great time - playing with just about anything, getting up to mischief, sleeping, eating, and snuggling with each other and their foster mum.

Like all kittens, they are full of beans in between naps – particularly just after dinner and early morning!

Lucy is a little sweetie. A good natured kitty, she has never objected to her regular washes, nor being picked up. She is one of the quiet kitties of the litter, together with her brother Leo. They love to play with each other and are often found curled up together.

Now fully healed, each member of the family is ready for his/her furever home. A family without resident cats or dogs would be preferable – so maybe you’d wish to consider adopting more than one of this little tribe! All must be indoor-only kitties – particularly as they all have little pink noses, which can be susceptible to skin cancer.

Lucy is vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated and desexed. So is raring to go to her new family.
