Meet Tigga

Hello, I'm cuteness overload, otherwise known as Tigga.

I'm an older placid guy looking for a new home as my owner surrendered me to move to a nursing home. I have a grade 3 Heart Murmur which does not need medications at this point in time. Adopters must consider whether they will be able to support any medications Tigga may have to take in the future. Caridsure is the most popular medication for heart murmurs.

I am non-reactive, like quality soft food (as I only have 1 toofie), affectionate, and I like older children and adults. I enjoy sitting close to you, and I'll put my paw out on your arm for affection. I have learnt to use the doggie door and am fully toilet trained.

A word from his foster carer: Tigga is quiet and has a low pitched occasional bark. He loves pottering around in the garden so an outdoors area is a must. Is okay being left alone for short periods of time and is excited to see you when you return. He will not leave your side when you're home.

Tigga is desexed and is ready for adoption.

Adoption enquiries to his Foster Carer are welcomed by e-mail but please make sure you meet the criteria of having a garden/yard for him to potter around.
