Meet Athena

Let us introduce you to Athena, an utterly charming Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross puppy, brimming with eagerness to find her forever loving home. Athena, along with her six adorable siblings, was discovered abandoned in a box in Western Sydney when they were a mere 4.5 weeks old. Thankfully, fate smiled upon them, as they were promptly rescued and brought to a council shelter. Subsequently, DCH Animal Adoptions took them under their wing, providing nurturing care and veterinary attention, Athena is thriving, ready to provide her future home with boundless love and joy.

Personality:
Athena, a true embodiment of joy and resilience! Despite facing a challenging start in life, she has blossomed into a playful, happy, and energetic little character. Each day finds her with a wagging tail and an infectious zest for life, leaving no doubt that she will bring immeasurable happiness to her future family. Athena thrives in the company of others and dislikes being alone or confined.+

With boundless energy, Athena's love for play is evident, and she used to initiate lively rough play with her siblings. However, she may need some ongoing training around food and treat possession, as she prefers not to share her food. One sure way to win her heart is with belly rubs – she'll happily flop onto her back and sides to enjoy them. Even when it's time to come inside, Athena turns the transition into a playful game, showcasing her enthusiasm for playtime.
