Collin

Collin

DSH - male

Collin and his brother Trevor were found by a good samaritan who made sure they made their way to rescue. These 2 little boys have been an absolute joy to foster.

About Collin , he is the quieter of the two but having said that he is still a beautiful little man. Once you get to know him you can see what a cheeky, funny little guy he really is . Both boys get on great with the resident dogs.

Collin gets on great with the other cats in the household and he is not a fussy eater and has not put a paw wrong when it comes to litter training.

At this point in time I am taking expressions of interest as they are booked in for desexing on the 11th january , so if you would like to come and meet this gorgeous little guy please send an enquiry through.

His adoption fee covers desexing , 1st vaccination , worming and flea treatment and of course micro chipping.

He is in care in the Granville area.

Collin was adopted on 28 January 2023 after 4 weeks in foster care

Ginny

Ginny

DSH - female

Ginny came into care at around 10 days old with her siblings with the worst case of cat-flu her foster mum had seen and had to be tube fed for the first 10 days in care until she could breath freely again. Since that time Ginny hasn't looked back and has continued to blossom.

Ginny is happy to be picked up, cuddled, plays well with other kittens and cats and doesn't mind co-habitating with the resident dogs and bunny. Ginny keeps her foster mum company while she watches TV of an evening and has recently discovered the joy of her human WFH (keyboards, pens and other interesting things to play with on the desk).

Ginny is the 'cheeky' kitten of her litter, and is often the instigator of wrestling matches, kitten zoomies and the like.

While Ginny love humans and animals, he has been raised in a single human household so may require sometime to become conformable with strangers and children, but once comfortable he will be your loving companion for life.

While Ginny has had access to an external cat run, for her own safety Ginny has been raised as internal cat and would be looking for a forever home that offers the same security.

Ginny has been desexed, mircochipped and had her first kitten vaccinations - her new family will be responsible for completing her kitten vaccinations. Ginny is also litter trained and will be up to date with her parasite protection.

Ginny will be ready to adopt from Friday 20th January, and a meet and greet can be arranged over the weekend at her foster home located in Bligh Park.

As we receive a lot of enquiries for our kittens, please include relevant details about yourself and your home/other pets, to be considered.

If you are renting, please ensure that you have approval for a cat BEFORE you lodge interest.

You must be over 18yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt an animal from DCH.

Ginny was adopted on 26 January 2023 after 1 weeks in foster care

Frankie

Frankie

DSH - male

Are you looking for a total love bug?

A kitten that loves both humans and animals?

If so, look no further than Frankie. Frankie came into care at around 10 days old with his siblings, unfortunately due to an adverse reaction to medication Frankie is the only sibling to survive.

Frankie is what some call a 'bomb proof' kitten, happy to be picked up, cuddled, plays well with other kittens and cats, doesn't mind the resident dogs or bunny. Most days Frankie seeks the company of his human, and over the Christmas holidays Frankie happily snuggled up to his foster mums shoulder while she painted the laundry walls.

While Frankie does love humans and animals, he has been raised in a single human household so may require sometime to become conformable with strangers, but once comfortable he will be your loving companion for life.

While Frankie has had access to an external cat run, for his own safety Frankie has been raised as internal cat and would be looking for a forever home that offers the same security.

Frankie has been desexed, mircochipped, and the first 2 of his kitten vaccinations - his new family will be responsible for completing his kitten vaccinations. Frankie is also litter trained and will be up to date with his parasite protection.

Frankie is ready to adopt now, and a meet and greet can be arranged over the weekend at his foster home located in Bligh Park.

Milo

Milo

AmStaff X - male

Hi my name is Milo and I am a very friendly dog who loves to play with other dogs in the dog park and loves to run up to people to get pats.

I really, really love people. Don't take my word for it, just anyone who has ever meet me or looked after me. I'm a real people dog.

All I need is a family (of whatever size) that is energetic and will give me lots of exercise and lots of love.

I have excellent recall and will come when you call, even if I'm playing with other dogs. I also know how to sit and leave on command.

My not bad on walking on the lead if you use a harness.

People say I'm best suited as the only dog in the house and to a household that loves to exercise.

Milo was adopted on 26 January 2023 after 6 months in foster care

Duke

Duke

Domestic short hair - male

Duke is a stunning champagne-coloured kitten who loves to cuddle. He is playful, adventurous and affectionate. He came into DCH care with his 4 siblings at 4 weeks of age.

Duke loves his wet and dry kitten food and will often sample the other food laid out for his four siblings (even though all the bowls contain the same food). He likes the company of people and will run to you once you enter the room.

Duke loves to climb cat trees and is litter-trained and quiet. He also loves to sleep, routinely curling up in a cat cave or on a blanket alone or with his siblings and sleep for hours after a feed. He is good with people and children (he is particularly patient with young children), and other cats.

If you are looking for a sweet, affectionate, cheeky, low-maintenance kitten, then Duke would love to meet you.

Duke was adopted on 25 January 2023 after 1 month in foster care
