Hello Miss Megan

Merry Christmas, sorry it has been such a long time, but I misplaced your email address. Things are really great here in New Saigon (cabramatta), lots of wonderful smells and unusual sounds still occupy my day. That is when I am not sleeping or playing race track around the house, or hiding and launching attacks on daddys' legs as he walks past.

Santa was very good to me with lots of toys to play with. I have attached some pictures for you to see. Well I had better go now 'cause daddy is calling. I think he has some fish for me, mmmmmmm Have a great 2009.

hugs

Hi Megan

Its Trish here on the Central Coast. I spoke to you back in August about my little girl I got from Carolyn on the South Coast in March. Thought you might like to see a pic of my little Waccy Sapphy as she is known on CW !!!!

Thanks for my beautiful little girl.

Beetle

Beetle

Hi Megan and Selena

Charlie has been saying for a while we have to send you an updated photo of Beetle, so here it is.

She has settled in really well, and even plays with our 3 yr old cat Pebbles, who tolerates her when she wants to play too. Beetle is alot of fun for the kids, loves her food, and always eats whatever food is dropped on the floor. She loves exploring outside now, and we still supervise her to make sure she stays in our yard.

So thanks again for allowing us to adopt Beetle. Although we miss Baloo, Beetle is wonderful.

take care, Elena

Bailey

Hi, Just wanted to send through a couple of pictures of our newly adopted puppy Ben (was named Bailey but we changed it).

As you can see he is having a wonderful time with us and absolutely loves his new big backyard that he can run and play in whenever he wants! We adopetd Ben only last weekend, but he is already a part of our family. He loves our 2 children to bits and never gets sick of playing with them. We really want to thank Cassandra, Bens foster carer for looking after him so well until we found him. Could you please forward this email to her so she can see the pics? thanks.

Thank you for letting us adopt Ben, even in the short time he has been with us we can't imagine not having him here with us!

Thanks again

Dave, Rachel, Riley, Jordan and Ben

Bailey was adopted on 14/3/09 after 1 month in foster care.

April

April

Hi Cassandra.

We have renamed April as Rosie and she has taken to it very well.

She is training up really well, sits for her dinner, is learning to lie down and comes on command, she's a super smart puppy!

We've been going to Puppy Pre-School for a couple of weeks and I think she is doing very well, except for getting a tad grumpy with a young Kelpie last week - who would have thought it! She sounded like a monster when she growled at him!

After about a week and a half she and Emma were all snuggled up and now Emma's tail has become the mobile chew toy! The old lady is very tolerant which I am still finding quite bizarre!

So all in all, young Rosie has fallen well and truly on all four paws, we love her to bits and she's very happy.

I've attached some pics. One was taken on the phone so is pretty blurry but tells a story!

Hope all is well with you and the family.

Kind regards, Claire

April was adopted on 4/5/09 after 2 months in foster care.

Sox

Sox

Hi Kris and family, I just wanted to write and say hi and let you know how Sox is going.

She's settled into the household here amazingly well, in fact it took her all of about 5 minutes to seem quite at home. She cried on the way over for a little while, then more or less slept the whole way.

We've had a great first week together. Sometimes I really feel like the luckiest person in the world, she is such a wonderful cat, I thought it was just adorable that she fell asleep on my shoulder on the first night here. I've attached a few photos of her settling in to the house. One thing she's really taken to is climbing inside my jacket and just sleeping there for up to a couple of hours. Last night I did the washing, folding, vacuuming, dishes and heated up and ate dinner with Sox purring at my chest! In fact she is half hanging out of my jacket and sound asleep right now :)

quite the 'cuddle monster' as my housemate calls her.

She's been a little bit naughty and tends to keep me up all night, but I'm trying to bring her back to a schedule of sleeping at night time. She's otherwise been great though, very well behaved and very friendly.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for everything you did to bring Sox and me together

it's an amazing job that you do. Sox was so lucky to have been rescued and taken in by your family, and I feel so lucky to have been chosen to give her a home. I know you all had a particular fondness towards her, so I'm happy to update you in future if ever you want to know how she's going. You'll hear from me soon enough anyway when I call to book her in for desexing.

Anyway, thanks again, and I hope you enjoy the photos of her.

Sox was adopted on 30/5/2010 after 3 weeks in foster care.
