Freddie

Freddie

Domestic Short Hair - male

Freddie and her family were found as small kittens, alone and in need of medical attention. They luckily were found by a very caring individual who has sought out help for them but has also agreed to foster them until they find new homes.

Freddie is one of 3 ginger kittens named after the Wesleys in Harry Potter - Freddie (Fred), George, and Ginny.

The kittens are being raised as indoor cats while in foster care. Freddie is very adventurous, confident and, playful. Fred is still warming to humans due to her experience living in a car park. However, once you bring out the toys and treats, she comes out of her shell. With lots of play-time and snuggles, we are confident that Freddie will warm up to humans very quickly! We have observed Freddie as more independent from her siblings. However, we would agree that she is very friendly towards her siblings and our other cat Billie.

They have received their 1st F3 vaccination.
They will be required 2 further vaccinations to be fully vaccinated however these are not included in the adoption fee.

The kittens have been flea-treated and wormed.

They will be available for adoption start of Feb 2022 once they have been desexed and have healed from their surgery.

Located in Wollstonecraft, NSW.

Freddie was adopted on 03 March 2022 after 2 months in foster care

Isha (now Misty)

Isha (now Misty)

DSH - female

Isha and her 4 siblings, Isabella, Imani, Ivan & Icarus, came into DCH care on 5th October after they were found living under a shop in Bexley North.

Isha is a gorgeous girl who is playful and gentle and although initially shy, now meows for attention. Isha has become a confident young girl and would be suited to most families, without small children. Isha has also made friends with our two large dogs!

As Isha has been on a trial adoption twice, and twice returned (due to allergy & aggessive resident cat), I will only be looking for homes without cats for her now. The next adoption should be to her Forever Home as Isha deserves her own family.

Isha is litter-trained and has been well- socialised in my home. She currently eats Royal Canin Kitten food, both wet and dry, with lots of clean water always available.

The $225 adoption fee includes:

  • Microchipping,
  • Worming/flea-treatment,
  • Vaccination,
  • Desexing
  • So she lives her best and longest life, Isha must also be an INDOOR ONLY cat.

Please use the "Send enquiry email" link below, if you have any questions or if you are interested in adopting Isha. PLEASE INCLUDE INFORMATION such as whether you own other pets, if you have a quieter or more chaotic household and any other relevant details.

If you are renting, please ensure that you have approval for a cat BEFORE you lodge interest.

You must be over 18 years old to adopt an animal, and, for a kitten, also be prepared to look after it for up to 20years! ๐Ÿ˜ป

Isha (now Misty) was adopted on 26 February 2022 after 4 months in foster care

    Kofu

    Kofu

    DMH - male

Kofu and his 3 siblings, Kyote, Kimba & Kirri, came into DCH care on 23 November 2021 from Campbelltown Pound.

Kofu is a gorgeous boy who is very, very shy with strangers but very gentle and affectionate, once he gets to know you. Although he is gaining confidence, he will need time to feel safe with his new Forever Family. He will be best suited to a quieter home without children or other cats.

Kofuโ€™s beautiful personality will emerge in a calm environment with a loving family - probably someone who has previously owned cats. He is very affectionate with me, and head bumps my arm or paws me for attention, so I know how smoochy he can be!

Kofu and his siblings are all litter-trained and are currently being socialised in my home. These kittens are currently eating Royal Canin Kitten food, both wet and dry, with lots of clean water always available.

    The $225 adoption fee includes:

  • Vaccination

    Balin

    Balin

    Domestic Medium Hair - male

Balin is one of 5 kittens that came into care:
Baldo, Balin, Banka, Bardot and Button. Lovingly raised indoors by their mum, Bliss.
They are all adorable and have medium length fur - maybe there's some Maine Coon breed heritage in there!

Balin is ready for his forever home!
As he has been raised indoors with other foster kittens, as well as the resident cat and large dog, we are looking for an INDOOR only home, that will be able to keep him safe (as well as the local wildlife safe!).
If you would like to be his forever family that can offer him the protection of growing up inside (or safety outside access via a cat run) we would love to hear from you!

Balin has been desexed, had his first kitten vaccination and is litter trained and will be up to date with flea and worming. He knows how to use a scratching post and loves playing with his sisters and brothers, and is used to the large family dog at home.

As we receive a lot of enquiries for our kittens, please include relevant details about yourself and your home/other pets, to be considered.

If you are renting, please ensure that you have approval for a cat BEFORE you lodge interest.

You must be over 18yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt an animal from DCH.

Baldo is one of 5 kittens that came into care:
Baldo, Balin, Banka, Bardot and Button. Lovingly raised indoors by their mum, Bliss.

Baldo is the most adventurous out of the litter!! First one to explore, always climbing and getting into everything. He is full of beans and very energetic!

    Quite a character!

He is looking for an indoor only forever home.

Currently in the Pet Adoption Centre at PetStock, Marsden Park.

Baldo was adopted on 25 February 2022 after 1 month in foster care

    Truffles

    Truffles

    DSH - female

Truffles came into foster care at the tender age of 2.5 weeks, with her siblings Humphrey, QTPie and Tabbygail and was bottle fed the first few weeks in care.

Truffles is a sweet and affectionate kitten and can be often found during the day sleeping on her foster mums bed alongside the resident dogs, however when the zoomies hit she is off for a game with her siblings.

The more anxious of her siblings, Truffles self-soothes of an evening, and when it is time to watch TV or go to bed she will curl up on her foster mums chest and suck her foster mums shirt while making biscuits in the air. Truffles will grow out of this behaviour as she gets older, and her foster mum can handle the couple of wet spots left on t-shorts and pj tops for some kitten love ๐Ÿ˜Š

Truffles has been raised with other foster kittens, as well as the resident cats, dogs and bunny and she happily co-habits with them all. While Truffles has access outside via a cat run in her foster home, she is looking for forever family that can offer her the protection of growing up inside (or safety outside access).

Truffles has been desexed, had her first kitten vaccination and is litter trained and will be up to date with her parasite protection - Truffles is ready for adoption now.

As we receive a lot of enquiries for our kittens, please include relevant details about yourself and your home/other pets, to be considered.

If you are renting, please ensure that you have approval for a cat BEFORE you lodge interest.
