Tara

Tara

Pom x - female

The best word to describe Tara would be adorable. She's also affectionate, friendly and tiny. In fact, most of the cats that live here are bigger than her. :) Tara loves human attention and affection, whether it's a pat, a scratch or lots and lots of cuddles. She gets along with both adults and children as well as other small dogs but sees cats as something to chase and bark at. Tara is a good eater and is house trained. She doesn't yap, dig or chew on things. Because Tara is such a friendly and easy going little poppet, I believe she would be a wonderful addition to any household. Tara is not available for interstate adoption.

Tara was adopted on 21 October 2011 after 1 weeks in foster care

Jack

Jack

Border Collie - male

Banjo was adopted on 08 October 2011 after 3 weeks in foster care

Charlie

Charlie

Great Dane x - male

Charlie is sweet boy who loves consistent attention. He is house trained and we would prefer for him to go to a home that allows him to sleeps inside as he does now otherwise he will howl. He is 12 months old, loves going for car rides the most in the whole world and has even got into the garage to sit in front of the car to make sure that they didnt go without him. He also loves to go for walks and needs a home with another active dog to play with otherwise he will get lonely and bored!! Charlie can be a little weary with strangers, especially men, but once he builds trust towards them he is fine. Charlie knows basic obedience training like sit and stay.

Charlie is in care in Sydney eastern suburbs.

Charlie was adopted on 08 October 2011 after 1 month in foster care

Mahogany

Mahogany

Shar Pei x - female

Mahogany is such a beautiful little lady that has just come into care. She is soo friendly and LOVES people. Mahogany is great with my dogs and fosters she fit straight in playing games and making friends. I do believe that mahogany would like either another dog to play with through the day or someone that is home alot. Mahogany is able to go to her new home from the 10th of September

Is NOT avaliable for interstate adoption.

Mahogany was adopted on 07 October 2011 after 1 month in foster care

Kimmy

Kimmy

Staffy - female

Kimmy is an adorable little staffy x pup. She's affectionate and loving and melts under your hand when you pat her. She's great with people, other puppies and the 2 dogs she's currently living with. She can be a bit shy at times, but she loves making new friends and has a very soft and loving nature. Kimmy can entertain herself for hours playing with her chew toys so she would be more than happy in a single dog family. Kimmy is happy sleeping inside on the couch or outside in her kennel. Kimmy had a tough start to life, being picked up as a stray. She was very fearful when she came to us and it took her a few days to start to come out of her shell. Now that she feels safe and loved Kimmy is a happy and healthy pup who is playful and cuddly. Kimmy is a great little pup who would suit an owner who can give her lots of exercise and affection. Kimmy has learned to sit, has good recall and is currently in the process of being house trained.

Kimmy was adopted on 03 October 2011 after 2 weeks in foster care

Betty

Betty

Maltese Dog - female

A female Maltese cross Fox Terrier, white and tan, good natured, would fit a home with either an elderly person or with children. She is age 11 and is desexed, has birth papers. Has been in two households so is very adaptable, goes by the name of Betty. We need to find a good home for her as we are unable to keep her due to being away from home alot

Lillie

Lillie

Terrier x - female

Lillie came into foster care from the pound, a very terrified little girl with a litter of 5 new born puppies. She is shy but a nice natured friendly little girl that can be a bit hesitant with strangers but quite sweet once she knows you. Lillie is a small girl weighing in at about 5kg and she now has a lovely coat that is thickening up from being on a good diet and you can no longer can you see her skin. Lillie is good with other dogs but at times can be a little unsure of the outside world but has come to love her daily walks and is improving every day so would suit a home that has a little patience to gently ease her into their routine and you will be rewarded with a truly loving little girl.

Lillie is located at Waverley in Sydney's Eastern suburbs

Lillie was adopted on 27 September 2011 after 4 months in foster care

Holly

Holly

female

Holly came into care with her sister Zoe but is available separately, or together. She has a lovely nature, very affectionate, submissive to her sister and friendly with the other dog I have in care. She understands basic commands though being an intelligent breed would really enjoy the stimulation of further training. She walks well on lead when asked otherwise she will try to go ahead. I like to train all my fosters to walk loose lead and within a day she got to grips with that when I walk her. If my husband takes her and then he doesn't ask for that much obedience, of course she just trots along where she likes...As I said she's not stupid and knows when she can get away with that. She is great with food, is easily handled, travels well in the car, absolutely LOVES my kids, so should enjoy an active family with or without another dog in the house. She is house trained and used to being inside/outside. She is currently being cared for in Glenhaven, which is in the Hills District of Sydney If you feel you have the right home for Holly then call me to discuss further

Holly was adopted on 26 September 2011 after 1 weeks in foster care
