Rizzo

Rizzo

DMH - female

B&W Fluffy

Indoor Only Cat

Available NOW

Rizzo was handed in to Campbelltown Pound all by herself and her history is not known. Rizzo was underweight and too young for adoption, so she became a DCH Foster Kitten!

From the moment I met her, Rizzo was purring and meowing for attention! Not shy to push in on any other kitten getting pats, she is happy and playful and very confident. This fluffy little girl is so affectionate all the time, I have to put her in her room to eat a meal or get any typing done... unless she is asleep by my side.

Rizzo is one of those kittens that follows you around the house and meows just to make sure that you don't forget her. She always looks fluffy, even after a brush and becomes very excitable when she's playing.

Rizzo will suit most families, and although she hasn't had much contact with small children, I think she will adjust well, given her outgoing personality. She is also fine with our Golden Retrievers.

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing. Rizzo is also litter-trained and socialised with other kittens.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to come and meet Rizzo. You and your family/friends are most welcome to organise a time to visit.

You must be over 18yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt these kittens from DCH

Rizzo was adopted on 04 April 2020 after 1 month in foster care

Suki

Suki

DMH - female

Suki

Indoor Only Cat

Available April/May 2020 (depending on weight)

Suki and her 3 tiny siblings, Shelby, Sammy and Spencer, were handed in to Campbelltown pound without a mumcat. After bottle-feeding and then weaning, these little kittens were still really small and unfortunately I lost little Spencer.

Suki might be little but she has a big personality and is very vocal when she needs a cuddle or food... which is most of the time she's awake! As she has been handled A LOT (because cuddling/spoiling these little guys is my "job" as a foster carer!), she is very relaxed and affectionate with people.

Suki is a gorgeous tiny Torti who has a medium length "fluffy" coat which will need brushing to keep in good condition. This little girl has loads of confidence and is quite happy meeting new people or kittens and seems to love being the centre of attention!

Suki would fit into any loving family who are happy adopting an Indoor Only cat. Although she hasn't met any young children yet, I am sure she would adapt as she is only young and already confident with people.

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing. Suki is also litter-trained and socialised with other kittens.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to come and meet Suki. You and your family/friends are most welcome to organise a time to visit.

If you like Suki and would like to adopt her, you can place a deposit and she will be placed "On Hold" for you. All DCH foster kittens must reach at least 8 weeks and 900grams before they can be adopted. You can take Suki home once she has reached the required age/weight but if she is too small for desexing, you will need to sign a delayed desexing agreement to have her desexed (at DCH cost), as soon as possible at a DCH vet closest to you.

You must be over 18yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt these kittens from DCH

Suki was adopted on 03 April 2020 after 2 months in foster care

Betty Boop

Betty Boop

DSH - female

Betty Boop is all Black with tiny fleck of white on her chest. She is extremely energetic and loves to chase her siblings around her enclosure. She is the first to come for food and eating is definitely her favourite thing. She has a cute round belly that is displayed nicely when she climbs up the netting on her enclosure to attack her brothers, Bjorn, Nanook and Jo DiMaggio and her sister Marilyn. She is small but feisty and has a lot of adorable sass.

Betty Boop and her litter were found in the bonnet of an old car down the back of a man's property. He saw the mother cat taken by a fox so the lovely man went and saved the babies. He brought them to the animal shelter where they were rescued by DCH to have a second chance at life in a loving home.

Betty Boop was adopted on 03 April 2020 after 2 weeks in foster care

Christopher Robin

Christopher Robin

Domestic Short Hair - male

Christopher Robin is a lovely squishy boy who loves to be picked up and loved. He has so much fun playing with his brother and sister, it would be wonderful to adopt him with one of them; Paddington and Meredith Grey are also listed for adoption. He is a relaxed boy and likes to roll around on the floor playing with his toys. He has a gorgeous little face and will be a very handsome big boy when he grows up.

His mother Felicity, also up for adoption was brought into care with the babies at only 3 days old. They grew up in a spare bedroom in a loving home and have recently been moved outside into a large enclosure with his family.

Sammy (now Dumpling)

Sammy (now Dumpling)

DSH - male

Sammy

Indoor Only Cat

Available end March or early April 2020 (depending on weight)

Sammy and his 3 tiny siblings, Shelby, Suki and Spencer, were handed in to Campbelltown pound without a mumcat. After bottle-feeding and then weaning, these little kittens were still really small and unfortunately I lost little Spencer.

Sammy is a little fighter who nearly lost his battle twice with life, but is now a healthy, playful little guy. As he has been handled A LOT (because cuddling/spoiling these little guys is my "job" as a foster carer!), he is very relaxed and affectionate with people.

Sammy has beautiful stripes on his tabby coat and splashes of white on his face, chest, feet and tummy, making him one very cute little guy! He loves snuggling on soft velvety blankets or being cuddled and carried around. Sammy has also just found his meow, which is a pretty funny little croak right now!

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing. Sammy is also litter-trained and socialised with other kittens.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to come and meet Sammy. You and your family/friends are most welcome to organise a time to visit.

Tigeress

Tigeress

DMH - female

Five little kitties have just come into our care, having been nurtured by a Good Samaritan who found them with their stray mum. Their rescuer has done an excellent job of socialising them, and they are all healthy and happy.

STOP PRESS: Tiger has just found out he is a she!
Tigeress is still a beautiful tabby with unusual blue eyes.
She is curious and sweet, and rather laid back. Her fuzzy fur and big blue eyes will melt your heart!

These kitties have had their flea and worming treatments, and will be vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated and desexed prior to adoption. Not yet 1kg, we estimate they will be available for adoption around Easter time. However, enquiries are welcome now. They are located in Milsons Point.
They are available to indoor only homes.

Stache

Stache

DMH - female

Five little kitties have just come into our care, having been nurtured by a Good Samaritan who found them with their stray mum. Their rescuer has done an excellent job of socialising them, and they are all healthy and happy.

Stache (in recognition of her black moustache) is a confident and playful little girl. She is very personable and wants to explore! Loves to come up and say hi, cuddle, and also wants to go out on adventures around the house. Great personality and easy to fall in love with.

Ripley

Ripley

DSH - female

Dark Torti

Indoor Only Cat

Available NOW

Ripley was handed in to Campbelltown Pound all by herself and her history is not known. She was stressed and underweight at the Pound, and so was taken in by DCH.

Ripley is a loveable little character who seems to crave human attention. She is initially a little shy meeting people but over the past few weeks has now found her confidence and her purr!

Once you have Ripley in your arms, she melts into your body and relaxes... as long as the pats don't stop. This pretty Torti with the beautiful green eyes is a petite little girl, and I don't think she will be a big cat. I do know that that she will be a wonderful addition for any family who wants a comanion cat that wants to sit on your lap and be an all round cuddler!

Although Ripley is not used to small children, she is only young and very gentle, so I’m sure she would adapt well, given the chance.

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing. Ripley is also litter-trained and socialised with other kittens.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to come and meet Ripley. You and your family/friends are most welcome to organise a time to visit.
