Milo

Milo

Domestic Short Hair - male

Not one, not two, but five cute, playful, beautiful bundles of joy are looking for furever homes. Available for adoption now.
Found dumped in a box, they have been nurtured by a Good Samaritan, who is now fostering them on behalf of DCH. They have thrived in her care, and have happily adapted to living as part of the family with two older children and an adult cat. Each of them loves human company and being handled.

Introducing MiloMilo is the largest of the litter, but is really a big softy! He seems to get a little sad when he is away from his siblings and is very fond of our 1year old cat, so we think he might benefit from being adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with a resident cat.

Milo is a very sweet kitten, and loves to play with his feline friends as well as his toys.

He seems to leave most of the purring up to the other four, but has fallen asleep in our laps a couple of times.

Well socialised within a home environment, Milo will no doubt bring joy and affection to most family types in return for your loving care and attention. Any home must, however, be indoor only.
All kittens are vaccinated, microchipped and vet checked. Desexing is included in their adoption fee.

If you are interested in learning more about Milo, or visiting him , he is currently located in the PETstock Adoption enclosure at PETstock Macquarie Center (North Ryde)

Milo was adopted on 20 January 2020 after 1 month in foster care

Deku

Deku

Domestic Short Hair - male

Not one, not two, but five cute, playful, beautiful bundles of joy are looking for furever homes. Deku, the littlest kitty, will be available for adoption end December.

Found dumped in a box, they have been nurtured by a Good Samaritan, who is now fostering them on behalf of DCH. They have thrived in her care, and have happily adapted to living as part of the family with two older children and an adult cat. Each of them loves human company and being handled.

Introducing Deku

The beautiful ball of fluff, Deku, is the smallest kitten of the litter, and it did take him a little while to come out of his shell. Now he is a very playful kitten and is particularly affectionate with his humans.

When Deku has finished his playtime, there is nothing he loves better than lots of petting and the opportunity to sleep on any available lap.

Well socialised within a home environment, Deku will no doubt bring joy and affection to most family types in return for your loving care and attention. Any home must, however, be indoor only.
All kittens are vaccinated, microchipped and vet checked. Desexing is included in their adoption fee.

Deku is now available for meet and greet at Petstock Macquarie Park.

Deku was adopted on 20 January 2020 after 1 month in foster care

Lenny

Lenny

DSH - male

Lenny and his 4 x siblings (Laney, Lexi, Lucy & Liam), were born to a lovely mumcat who had been left on the street. Mumcat and kittens were temporarily moved to my house, and she has been feeding and mothering her kittens beautifully. Mumcat has now found a home in a managed, enclosed colony and she will be prevented from having further litters, and looked after very well.

As Lenny and his siblings have been handled since they were about a week old, these kittens absolutely adore people! Now they are older, they are skilled at finding a comfy lap to sit on, and they love to run to the door to greet everyone.

All are drinking water and eating wet and dry kitten food, with good appetites, and of course, they are litter trained.

This litter should also be Inside Only kittens in their future homes, unless they are safely supervised outside.

Lenny is a little smooch who has just started to purr. This little guy likes to be the centre of attention and is very content being carried around. He enjoys playing with his siblings and other foster kittens, and is now becoming friends with our Golden Retrievers.

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to come and meet Lenny. You and your family are most welcome to organise a time to visit!

You must be over 18yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt from DCH

Lenny was adopted on 19 January 2020 after 3 months in foster care

Lucy

Lucy

DSH - female

Lucy and her 4 x siblings (Lenny, Lexi, Laney & Liam), were born to a lovely mumcat who had been left on the street. Mumcat and kittens were temporarily moved to my house, and she has been feeding and mothering her kittens beautifully. Mumcat has now found a home in a managed, enclosed colony and she will be prevented from having further litters, and looked after very well.

This litter should also be Inside Only kittens in their future homes, unless they are safely supervised outside.

Lucy is a tiny little girl with loads of personality. She is very curious and loves to follow everyone around to see what's happening. She also makes lots of eye contact when she is having a cuddle.

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to come and meet Lucy. You and your family are most welcome to organise a time to visit!

(Kittens must reach 1kg and be at least 8weeks old before adoption can be processed but you can place them "On Hold" with a deposit)

Lucy was adopted on 19 January 2020 after 3 months in foster care

Rex

Rex

Chihuahua cross - male

Rex is a gorgeous little lad! He might have the colouring (and name) of a big, ferocious dog, but infact Rex is a little sweetheart! He adores people and loves snuggling on the couch with his foster carer, and rolling around with excited snuffles.
Rex has proven to be mostly ok with cats, only getting excited sometimes when they run past him, and responds well to verbal correction. He plays well with other dogs but mostly just prefers to be near to his owners. He does know his name, but his recall isn't solid, and so would require to be on-lead in public places.

Rex would suit a home with secure fencing (he is a clever chap and will squeeze through small gaps to go exploring) and a family who will invite him inside the home to be a part of the family. Currently he sleeps in a crate by his foster carers bed (as the family cat sleeps on the bed) however he has shown that he would be delighted to sleep on the bed, if he has means to get up there!

Currently being fostered in Lithgow, Rex would be delighted to meet his potential new family.

Rex was adopted on 17 January 2020 after 2 weeks in foster care

Marshmallow

Marshmallow

Domestic Medium Hair - female

Marshmallow is a fluffy, friendly girl who is looking for a safe, loving, strictly indoor-only home. She has settled into foster care very well, and is a very chilled out kitten. Marshmallow is confident and loves seeking attention. She has a relaxed, independent personality and loves to sit on your lap and enjoy cuddles.

Marshmallow is in foster care in Glenmore Park, NSW, and is ready for adoption now. Please ring or text her foster carer if you are interested in meeting Marshmallow. Her adoption fee includes desexing, 1st vaccination and microchipping. She is up to date with flea and worm treatments.

Marshmallow was adopted on 15 January 2020 after 4 weeks in foster care

Noah

Noah

DSH - male

Noah and his 4 x siblings (Ned, Nigel, Nora & Nala), are DCH rescue kittens from Campbelltown Pound, where they were handed in without a mumcat.

These kittens should always be kept Indoors in their future homes, unless they are safely supervised outside.

These gorgeous kittens are very people friendly and confident, and just seem to crave love and attention. All 5 x kittens are healthy and playful and get on well with my other DCH foster kittens. All are drinking water and eating wet and dry kitten food, with good appetites.

Noah is a beautifully affectionate kitten and starts purring before you even pick him up. He just loves being with people, and this gorgeous boy is going to be someone’s cuddly lap cat! Most recently I have discovered that Noah loves dogs!!

The $200 adoption fee includes microchipping, worming, first vaccination and desexing. You must be over 18yrs old and an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to adopt from DCH.

Please drop in to Petstock Rouse Hill (1/4 Commercial Road, Telephone: 02 9629 7600), to meet Noah, who is now in-store!

Noah was adopted on 15 January 2020 after 2 months in foster care

Pearl

Pearl

DMH - female

Pearl is a charming, friendly young lady. She loves playing with her litter-mates, getting snuggles from her human foster carer, and purring as loudly as she can when getting scratched.

Pearl is being fostered in Lithgow, just past the Blue Mountains, and would be delighted to meet you.

The 'Precious Gemstones' litter was born to a feral mum cat at a Warehouse in Western Sydney. They came into care terribly undersized, covered in fleas and very hungry. Now after several weeks in care getting wormed, de-flead, vaccinated, microchipped, and given endless amounts of love and affection, these kittens will be available to go to their new home by the end of the year on a desexing contract. This is a signed agreement between DCH and the new owner to have their kitten desexed within 4 months of adoption.
The adoption fee covers their first vaccination, microchipping and desexing, when performed at an approved DCH-supporting vet.

All kittens have been well socialised with other cats and have been introduced to dogs, and will adapt well to any home. They all use their litter tray and scratching post, and enjoy a varied diet of kitten kibble, canned kitten food, chicken wings, chicken livers, chicken hearts and fresh meat. It is preferred that they go to indoor only homes (or those with enclosed outdoor runs).
