Tobias

Tobias

DSH - male

Tobias is still very young and is developing into a very affectionate young boy, he has a loud purr and feels comforted by being held but he is also not to fussed to be alone to snooze in a nice cool spot, making him ideal for the working owner.

He likes the window open ajar with the breeze on his face but is uncomfortable going outside, he would be best suited for quiet apartment life.

Tobias gets nervous around loud, boisterous children, but is very content around gentle, nurturing older kids. He is cat friendly and litter trained.

He would benefit for an indoor only home is so lovely and is looking for someone to keep him safe inside only this summer and many more.

Tobias comes micro-chipped, wormed with de-sexing included as well as his first Vaccination.

Tobias was adopted on 31 March 2018 after 2 months in foster care

Cotton

Cotton

domestic short hair - female

Divine , scrumptious and adorable my little tabby terrorist is finally ready to find her forever home. It's hard to believe she is the same sick little kittie that came into my care several weeks ago , she is now full of life and loves to explore.

Cotton loves her toys, loves her food but best of all she loves her canine foster sisters ..all 3 of them ..she loves to hang with them all.

Cotton has a very cheeky personality and she is a little purring machine.Cotton is a champion when it comes to using the litter box.
She also lives with 2 adult cats with whom she gets on fine with although one of them can be a bit bossy at times she handles it all quite well.

Cotton will be a tough one to let go ...I just have to keep telling myself ...no more cats!!!

I think she would suit most households but I do think small children would be to much for her.
If you have a cat friendly dog sensible introductions are still a must.

Please give me a call if you are interested in this divine little girl.

Cotton was adopted on 23 March 2018 after 3 weeks in foster care

Adam (Mr Sting)

Adam (Mr Sting)

Domestic Short Hair - male

This kitten is amazing! What a guy.

This gorgeous boy is the perfect blend of dopey, sleepy sook and crazy, playful kitty. There is something really special about this cat.

Adam, aka Mr Sting, has been in care since he was 5 weeks old. He is used to a house with lots of people and noise, and it doesn't bother him at all. He sleeps, upside down or on his back, right through it. For hours.

He has almost reached 1kg in weight and will come vaccinated, microchipped and with a deferred desexing agreement.

Adam (Mr Sting) was adopted on 21 March 2018 after 2 months in foster care

Gizmo

Gizmo

domestic short hair - female

Gizmo is a petite little girl with striking facial markings - making her stand out amongst her siblings. Initially quiet, she is now an outgoing and playful girl who absolutely loves a play - her favourite toy is a red pen cap which she keeps away from her siblings by carrying around in her mouth when she doesn’t want to throw it around! When without the pen cap, she loves playing with her siblings, and is keen to wrestle with our hands and feet when she is in her playful states. When quieter, she loves to curl right up, with her siblings or alone, and has found the cardboard boxes much comfier than the beds we have for her! Although small, she is still independent and isn’t concerned to have a snooze whilst the others get up to mischief. She is growing well, loves her food, and is a very curious girl who is really coming into her own. She is litter trained and has had no accidents with us at all. She will make a great playmate for any family who want an exciting yet cuddly girl in their lives when given time to adjust to her surroundings. She will need another two vaccinations. The second in the next couple of weeks.
Gizmo is approx 14 weeks old and will need to be de-sexed once she has reach the age of approx 16-18 weeks. De sexing costs are covered by DCH and are inclusive in the adoption fee. A broad list of vets with whom DCH are affiliated with provide the service. The list will be forwarded to your email address for your convenience.
If you are interested in adopting Gizmo please contact Gemma on 0435939858 or Wesly on 0452101281
Gizmo is in care at Burwood Heights NSW.

Gizmo was adopted on 20 March 2018 after 2 months in foster care

Spiro

Spiro

Dsh - male

Super Spiro is one of Cassandra's 6 kitties... found in roadside shrubbery, aged around 2 weeks, without their mumma cat. Packed them straight into a nearby box, punched some breathing holes in it, and hurried to Petbarn to ask for advice. A DCH foster carer quickly stepped in to feed them by hand until they grew capable and brave enough to satisfy their voracious appetites by themselves. All now play tag, chase and ambush together , and climb up any person’s legs, whenever they’re awake!

Spiro, previously known as Serena (as we thought she was a female with that gorgeous face!) is a well mannered kitten, sweet and cute, loves attention from humans and animals! White paws, light coloured and one of the two kittens that has a white strip on his face.

These kitties will become available when they have reached 2 months’ old, or 1kg – whichever is the later.

They will be vet-checked, vaccinated, and flea and worm treated, prior to adoption. De-sexing is included in the adoption price.

Do come and visit Spiro, or all of them, in their foster home in Mortdale.

Spiro was adopted on 17 March 2018 after 1 month in foster care
